DO NOT SHOP HERE.

If you want to be discriminated against based on your skin color and appearance, do not shop here. I was told I could not test drive a car and its only reserved for "serious buyers." I wouldn't have come there if I wasn't serious. Terrible customer service. And no, I don't want to reach out and resolve this

I inquired about a 4Runner via the internet.

I inquired about a 4Runner via the internet. I was contacted the next day by a salesman named Liu via text. I was immediately asked to schedule a visit and “check out” the vehicle, but before doing so I asked what the price was since I know dealers are adding “market adjustments” to the vehicles on their lots and I wasn’t interested if the price was heavily marked up. To my surprise he responded that the vehicles price was the msrp. This was great, a dealership not marking up their cars is what I was looking for. I decided to rearrange my schedule for the day and head to the dealership to go ahead and start the process of purchasing. I had a trade-in as well so I was going to let them do an appraisal, too. So I get there and meet Liu, and he proceeds to tell me the car is not there, but should be in a couple weeks. I’m thinking to myself, why did you ask me to come “check out the vehicle” if it isn’t here. He goes on to tell me he has a used model he can show me, so I politely follow him around while he looks for it. During the walk he proceeds to tell me that these vehicles are all marked up at least $10k, so at that point I’ve had enough and ask him why he told the car was msrp. His answer: because I asked him for the price, not the “selling” price. Wow! Good luck to those who choose to do business with this dealership.

Worst dealership with unscrupulous and liar sales people

Worst dealership with unscrupulous and liar sales people like Johnathan Ortiz and Tijan Jeng. Sales people with no sense of salesmanship.
