Excellent Experience

I custom ordered my car and the gentleman that helped me was amazing! My vehicle came early and they worked to have it ready quickly. Great experience!!!

Great professionalism

The sales representative - Joey Ventura showed great professionalism while helping us buy a new car of our choice. Our overall purchase experience was great but for the disappointment at the final step of signing the formal purchase agreement with finance where I found there was an additional charge of $799 for default options that was not part of the original purchase deal that I had agreed to. The finance manager - Harold Hunter was able to bring that additional charge down to $500 when I expressed my concern. But I wish the dealership management had agreed to exclude this additional charge completely as it should’ve been included in the originally settled purchase deal for the car. I believe this extra charge (that’s not part of original purchase deal) for default options on the car (not sought by customers) is the dealership management practice. Joey and Harold however were gracious throughout the process and therefore I’ve given full rating to Joey for the purchase experience.

Sarah mann has no business in customer service!

It took her 5.5 months to get a referral check out for $150 then I was accused of not having a referral. They lost 4 customers because of her nastiness on the phone and in emails. She is very immature and the entire story surrounding the referral check is every shady! I think something illegal is going on down there or they are simply not wanting to pay out on their referrals. I had to complain to corporate to get anything down then got chewed by Sarah Mann for doing so! She's a nasty woman who I wouldn't let give customer service to a piece of dust!

EXTREMELY LONG WAIT FOR THE PAPERWORK TO BE PROCESSED

The sales person was pleasant and professional. THE NEGOTIATION PROCESS WAS ABOUT AVERAGE LENGTH AND RELATIVELY PAINLESS. but...AFTER THE DEAL WAS CONCLUDED [SHAKING OF HANDS, ETC.] I WAS SAT DOWN IN A CROWDED, NOISY ROOM WITH MANY OTHER UNHAPPY CUSTOMERS WHILE WE WAITED AT LEAST 90 MINUTES FOR THE 'FINAL PAPERWORK' TO BE COMPLETED. [THIS WAS A CASH DEAL WITH NO TRADE-IN!] MY COMPLAINTS ABOUT HOW LONG THIS PART OF THE PROCESS WAS TAKING WERE ANSWERED BY; "IT IS A SATURDAY AND WE ARE ALWAYS BUSY THEN". The paperwork person was also quite pleasant and professional -once we got to see him!

Bought two new cars

Great salesman made my experience pleasant. He was friendly and hard working. made everything easy.. We bought 2 cars from him. My mom bought a new toyota avalon.

Excellent Customer Service from Humberto Vasquez

I was coming just to do service in my 2011 Highlander, and I spoke with Humberto about changing for a 2017, that works great for me.
