Satisfied Customer!

I really enjoyed working with Katie to buy a new car. She was very professional and also very friendly. I will definitely recommend her to friends and family when they need a new car, and will be sure to call her myself when I need another car, too.

Great work

Excellent Dealer - No Hard Sell Tactics

I went to Colonial Hyundai in Downingtown to either lease a new vehicle or buy out the one I've driven for the last 3 years. Katie Schaffer helped me and I was extremely pleased with her friendly nature and ability to present options. She did not try to force me into anything and did not play any annoying games. She is an excellent example of what sales should be. The Finance manager was also very nice, friendly and helpful. I really like this dealership and recommend you stop by in person is interested in a Hyundai or Genesis.

New car: 2017 Hyundai Elantra

I was deal fairly and honestly. They went beyond the call. It was fast and easy. I needed to replace my old vehicle because the repair bill was high and the vehicle replacement program was easiest thing I could do at the time.

Great car buying experience with Katie Schaffer!

Katie was absolutely wonderful to work with!! She was so helpful in the car buying experience and made me comfortable going over the pros/cons of two different vehicles. I am more than happy with my purchase and love my new Hyundai Tucson!

Great Purchase experience

I had a 2013 Veloster that I was happy with. I was paying a high interest rate because of financial issues I had a number of years ago. I wasn't looking to buy a new car since I had been keeping all of my Hyundais for 9 years; Excel: 1986-1995; Sonata: 1995-2004; Santa Fe: 2004-2013 I got a letter from Katie Schaffer stating that I could get a new car with a much lower rate so I checked it out and now I have a new car with roughly the same monthly payment but where my previous car was a 6 year purchase, this is a 5 year purchase. Additionally, I have a car that has equipment I couldn't have afforded on my previous car.

Dynamic Sales Person

Colonial Hyundai is 45 miles from where i live. That alone will tell people the lengths I went to for the deal they offered. Katie is a very knowledgeable and energetic sales person. She worked with my budget to get the deal I was looking for. Katie found the right car for me and went above and beyond what I expected. She answered emails and phone messages quickly and we basically worked it out over the phone. I had 3-dealers i narrowed my search to and Colonial won my business. Thanks KATIE!!
