Awesome Sales Team. Lou's my salesman but he was busy so Katie who's on his Team was totally awesome. She stepped right in for Lou. She was really thorough, helpful & knowledgeable about the cars. Lou was there till the end. Even Finance was super nice & able to get us in the office & explain things quickly sign & out the door. I"ve been going there for years.

Mild Concern
My only concern is that I had requested to have my car washed while it was being serviced. After paying and returning to my car I realized that this was not done.

The experience was efficient and done in a timely manner. I was given a loaner for the day. My car was fixed by the end of the day.

Jim is awesome
Jim keeps me updated on what is going on with my car and what is truly need and when it is necessary. I recommend Jim to everyone. My friend Laura just bought a Hyundai there and I told her to seek him out because he always goes above and beyond. He's an awesome guy.

My Sales Person was Awesome!
Khalil Davis was my salesman and he was awesome. I made visits two Saturdays and spent 3-4 hours the first day and 4 1/2 hours the second. He knew day one I was definitely not buying that day under any circumstances but was committed to buying a Hyundai. I was gathering information, test driving and trying to decide trade in vs selling, financing options , car features etc. I came back this past Saturday and test drove another car and looked at one other but decided on my original choice. He was patient as I considered my options, price,trade in etc. I took the car home Saturday but came back to day (4/1) as he said to come back with questions after I had driven it. I came back and we spend alot of time going over the electronic figures and he set up Blue Tooth and showed me about apple play and my apps settings and other new car features. He was patient with an older person (me). Thank you!

Horrible.
2hrs for a simple oil change whit appointment. Waist of time, the customer service act like you are not even there ( like they don't care about the customer), the work in the car always good.

Campaign 953 ECM & CLUSTER UPDATE
Jim Carpenter is always a welcoming fellow. He gets me in right away takes care of getting the service done. I usually can hang out in the lounge for most services they have performed for me.
