I traded in my 2017 XT5 for a 2025 Buick Envision and the whole experience was top notch! I drove from Dover and Twin Pine was well worth the drive! I absolutely love my Envision which is assembled in China, solid build, packed with features, and rides just as quiet as the XT5 I traded in. Twin Pine gave me a satisfactory trade allowance and great price on my Envision. I highly recommend (ask for Brock_!! FYI I just checked their website and see my old 2017 XT5 still available for 20k. I did change oil every 3k miles and took great care of that car never even driving more than 5k miles a year. Don't let the 2017 fool you: It's a great car! For that matter I see two 2025 Envisions on their site so check those out while your there because they are super cars too and, in my opinion, Twin Pines is a notch above as well. Good Luck

Brayden Hackman was great to deal with. He was friendly, respectful, responsive to our need for a “new” preowned car. Dealership had the right one for us with a quick turnaround from inquiry to delivery. Had a great experience with Zach the business manager who helped with financing. No pressure discussion, found us the right monthly payment. Also spoke with Ben the service manager who answered all questions about serving our purchase. Knowledgeable and friendly . Overall a great experience a solid 10 out of 10. Will definitely recommend to others

Brock was my sales rep and he was great to work with. Just wish Twin Pine would have fully charged my car battery and provided a gas tank full before handing the car over to me.

Horrible experience. Purchased 2 vehicles both were at their respective dealers within a week. Wouldn’t recommend ever. Also they could’ve cared less once we left the lot. BUYER BEWARE!

We purchased a 2022 Hyundai Elantra Blue Hybrid from Twin Pines on November 28th, 2025. So less than 5 months ago. Since then, the vehicle has had a trouble light and had 3 different sensors changed, has had new brakes due to a strange noise coming from the brakes when you accelerate or brake when going under 30 mph. I have contacted Twin Pines to see what can be done only to be rudely told your 30-day warranty is up. I will be looking into what legal avenues I have at my disposal as today the trouble like came back on. I have requested a call back but have not heard anything. They sure called and harassed me when I told them I had 10k to put down and was looking for a car but have not had the same energy with all these issues. I would advise avoiding them at all costs. As we are now out 10k down payment and hundreds of dollars into repairs that still did not fix the problems this car is having.

Deceptive pricing tactics. List price at $24,800 but when you start paperwork to make the purchase after financing is approved they add a $1000 fee for "non trade in". When asking the sales manager about this he said that is standard for them. Cars.com price and their "no haggle price" on twinpineford.com is $24,800 but in actuality it is not. Very deceptive advertising when on their sales paperwork it says the "no haggle price" is $1000 more. How many people do not catch this.
