Wyatt was an absolutely amazing salesman. He answered my inquiry immediately and came in on his day off to accomodate my schedule. What a pleasant, likeable young man! When I questioned the "no haggle" pricing, he did not argue with me, but put in the extra time to listen to my reasoning and then show me the truth about competing prices. This is not my first rodeo, although I usually buy new vehicles. I was a bit apprehensive about buying a used car, but this was for my son, after all. Wyatt made the process agreeable from the point of contact to the point of delivery. My only reason for 4/5 stars on buying process was getting stuck behind a couple who was obviously financing, and took forever. I was paying cash and having to wait for the finance guy was a pain. Oh, and the lot is adorable.

I recently purchased a 2013 Passat and Seth was salesman I purchased the car from. Talk about great service. The ability to text Seth prior to my arrival with questions and have my application processed and ready to go was wonderful. This place is a no haggle business and that is what I enjoyed the most. Going into the purchase knowing we were at bottom line pricing was a relief. Prices are great and the 3-4 year service plans they offer are spectacular. I have been searching for a car for over a month and as an about to be college graduate I had a strict budget to work with. Twin Pine provided me with excellent customer service, without trying to pry every last penny out of me. Brad provided me with all the information I asked for and was always honest with me. When I had made my decision to purchase my vehicle, they sat down with us and went over all the options in an understandable manner. Overall I am extremely satisfied with my experience with Twin Pine and would use their services down the road again!

I went to Twin Pine on what just happened to be a very busy sales evening, and the staff had to make extra efforts to serve everyone. I was not left waiting, not did I see anyone else left waiting. Some sales people were attending to two customers at once who were at different stages of the buying process. They were friendly and courteous. My transaction was the last of the day and went past closing time before concluded, but they kept a friendly and positive attitude throughout.

We went to Twin Pine Auto Group to look at a specific car. Upon arrival a salesman, Seth, greeted us on a golf cart. He was very friendly and offered to take us to the car we were interested in checking out. This facility is rather large, with a lot of great options, so the golf cart ride was a definite bonus! The no hassle price is very helpful. The prices are well below other "commercial car dealerships". There is no haggling back and forth, you know the bottom line price immediately. After Seth explained how the pricing works at Twin Pine, he immediately opened the vehicle, had us get inside, and began a very detailed explanation of all the car had to offer. He was very upfront about the value of this car, compared to another car we were also looking at on their lot. He was honest about what he thought and how we could get the most for our money. After a test drive, we went inside to begin the paperwork. All of the employees at Twin Pine were very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. The facility is also very comfortable. They have a very nice lounge area with snacks, a fireplace, and a TV where you can relax until they complete the loan paperwork. If you are looking for a stress free car buying experience I recommend Twin Pines. Ask for Seth!

The staff was extremely nice and walked me through financing my first car! Everything was explained thoroughly and was easy for me to understand. Everyone we encountered was so happy and cheery! Brad and the finance guy, (steve maybe?) really showed an interest in helping us out. Everywhere else at other dealerships turned up their noses once they saw our credit score, Twin Pines definitely gave us a second chance at getting our lives together! Thank you sooooo much!

I contacted the location a few days prior to going in about looking at 2 Chevy traverses that were on site and Derek got back to me within minutes. When I got there the vehicles were ready for me to look at and test drive. It was a little busy when I was there so the paperwork was on the slow side but they made the wait very comfortable for us. I'm very please with the vehicle I bought and I would highly recommend the vehicle and Twin Pine to anyone and I already have! I drove an hour to Twin Pine and I would gladly do it again, I will definitely be doing business there again!

After months of car shopping and a few bad experiences with other dealerships, we stumbled upon the Twin Pine Auto Group website. They had the exact van that I was interested in listed for $2500 less than any other dealership that I had gone to. I immediately called to inquire about the van and spoke with a gentlemen named Derek, he was extremely helpful in answering all my questions. When we arrived, the van was parked in the front and ready to take out for a test drive. Again, Derek did an awesome job of answering all of our questions and making us feel very comfortable. The customer service at Twin Pine is like no other!! Derek sat and talked with us in their lounge area while we waited for the financing to finish up (even though it was 3 hours after his shift was suppose to have ended). We were very specific as to where we needed our payments to be and they made it happen!! The entire process was very smooth and stress-free. I couldn't have asked for a better car buying experience!! I have 2 children who will be needing cars in the next year and we will definitely be going back to Twin Pine!!

We came to Twin Pine because they had a Honda Accord we had been looking at for $3k below what the local Honda dealerships were asking. When we arrived we weren't sure what the experience would be like, but were pleasantly surprised. Brock our sales consultant was great, showed a few cars and let us test drive multiple times. The wait was a bit long to go through financing and paperwork, but the price and quality could not be beat. High recommend going to Twin Pines.

I recently purchased a Ford Fusion Titanium at Twin Pine Auto Group. At first, I was hesitant to make the trip (almost a 2 hr drive from NJ) because I figured they would be like any other dealership and I would end up disappointed but I'm glad I did because it was well worth it. I was looking for very specific options in a car and they met and exceeded my expectations. My salesman Brock was very helpful and made sure he found me a car that had everything I was looking for. The car looks and drives great and is in excellent condition. I was also on a tight budget and the price and financing options were great, lower than any dealership I've been to. Overall, I had an excellent experience and would definitely go back and would also recommend them to anyone who is looking for a great used car.
