A very reputable team from Sales to service.. I’ve tried other Porsche dealers from NY to FL and Porsche Hunting a place I feel comfortable and know everything is done right..

I am always treated respectfully and my concerns are listened to and addressed. When I get my car back, it is repaired correctly. Denise is knowledgeable and professional and quick to communicate. No loaner this time, but was offered and accepted an Uber ride to my home. I have an extended warranty with an outside company and Denise communicated with them and answered all their questions. My repair was mostly covered. denise took the time to explain everything.

The original quote that I received in an email included tires, labor, alignment and parts, except tax. When they gave me the write up at the counter, it was $400 higher because they told me that the original quote did not include labor. When I showed them the original quote, They changed their stance and agreed to install the tires and alignment for the original quote. I’m glad they did, because I intend to buy and service my next car there.
