Parker Adkins was my sales guy. He was amazing. He answered any and all questions and was also very kind. I recommend if you want to buy a car please go talk to Parker. Finally the finance representative was Christina Pettry. She knows her stuff. She worked miracles in that finance office and got me at the payment I asked for. Honestly if you are thinking about buying a car try out Moses Honda. You won’t regret it.

My sales person was Robby and he was great! He went out of his way to help with my paper work when signing everything for my car so I wouldn't be there for a few hours. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is interested in leasing/purchasing a vehicle. He is very helpful and will help in any way he can. The finance department on the other hand is a different story. I signed all of my paper work on 11/6/23 and took the vehicle home. Got a call the week of 11/20/23 there were issues with the tax forms on the paper work and that I would have to come back in to sign a few things (which isn't an issue, I understand things happen). I have had issues locating my account with Honda financial because they still haven't received my contract from Moses. I have had the car for over a month now and have had no way of making my first payment. I contacted Moses and left the finance department a voicemail on 12/1/23 as well as a voicemail with Alicia who is the main finance person. It is now 12/7/23 and I still haven't received a phone call back. I contacted Honda financial and after waiting for 45 minutes on hold, was told they still don't have my contract from Moses. Not sure what the hold up is and why I have had the vehicle for a month and technically don't have a contract established yet with my finance company. I highly recommend the finance department to work on their communication issues and respond to their customers if they want good feedback. Leaving your customer in the dark and not communicating with them is not professional at all.

Sept 19,2023 vw beetle still in shop. Appointment was for Sept 1st, 8:am. Parts were there ready to install. Short staff, only one technician on duty, didn't have time. Two week wait even to get this appointment. The whole staff was out Between the diagnostics date and appointment date, the transmission cable broke. So to make my appointment, I had it towed there. Communication between us was not frequently enough. I usually had to message or call to get updates. And just today I had to message first for a response that the technician broke something and they had to order another part. Not due till Wednesday or Thursday. So here we are out another week. I am totally frustrated and will not be bringing future business to Moses. I'll drive to Charleston.

If you want a Lemon Car where the digital dashboard and infotainment system completely blacks out while you drive you’ve come to the right place! If you want the voice command to randomly come on by itself and transmission, blindspot and backup system errors on your car appear you’ve hit the jackpot! If you want to be sold a car with known damage not being disclosed to you, Moses is your place! And if you want a service department and corporation to “recognize there is a problem but don’t know how to fix it” then look no further than Moses and Honda! I purchased my car in August of 2021 with 8 miles to its name. I noticed dents in the side passenger door when I took the vehicle home. When I called, Moses said the dents must have happened when I was driving it home.Then I received a call three weeks later. Moses knew about three dents in the car but sold it to me anyway as evident in them ordering parts to fix it prior to me purchasing it. I tried to schedule multiple appointments to get it fixed but the “dent person isn’t there that day”. They said I must come in "immediately" or they wouldn’t cover it. After a one star review on Google about the situation they fixed the car. I thought the nightmare was over, but it was just getting started. Since then my car has had a transmission failure error, blind spot system failure error and backup system failure error. The dashboard (including speedometer) and entertainment system blacks out and the sound will go off for 20-30 seconds and come back on. The voice command will come on multiple times by itself, stay on for 10-30 seconds at a time and then turn off. The dashboard flickers. The AC will turn on and off by itself, usually correlated with when voice command is acting up. The cars screens will load for well over one minute before ever displaying any information. The response I received for these issues? Don’t use your phone with the car and don’t use Apple Play. I quote from a letter they sent: “The issue only happens when a phone is connected…American Honda makes no representations or guarantees to the functionality of 3rd party apps with Honda’s products.”
