RUN from Leta - they will rob you blind

EVER BEEN FINANICALLY ROBBED, TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF, DISREPECTED AND DOWNRIGHT LIED TO – search no further – Leta has you covered: Lets break this whole trainwreck down Destiny – had test drive (2020 RDX A-Spec) and she didn’t say one word the whole ride to sell the car, we had to pry specs out of here to help try and “sell” the car, I don’t think she is very “Acura” educated and my wife and I always felt like we were pestering her to get any help. Financing – RUN! The loan officer Nick, sat us down, drew all these cool pictures on a piece of paper about financing as if we were children with no financial background, threw in everything but the kitchen sink (like a diamond crusted windshield) with the extended warranty by mentioning that it was all “included”. When the papers came due to sign we saw that our original payment was $475/month and it was now $985/month. Nick blew through the part of the paperwork that goes over our payment hoping we wouldn’t notice. I stopped him, asked what all this was about, and the manager also named Nick came in. I literally asked the loan officer, in front of his manager: Did you ever ask if we wanted any of these extras (totaling $8,000)? Nick replied “No” Did you ever ask us if we needed GAP insurance or did you just throw it in? “I just threw it in” replied Nick Did you ever once ask us what our needs were? “No” replied Nick (heres the kicker) Did you sign us up for every additional option and put it in the loan without even asking us? “Yes, sir, I did... replied Nick He admitted they have deceptive loan practices Title work – another disaster, they never ordered it, had to reorder and then get my plates 2 months after purchasing the car. Leta encouraged me to drive on expired tags until the title came in. What?!?! They finally wised up and lent me dealer plates until this was ordered. Infotainment system went out within days – took it in to get repaired just to find out there is something stuck in the brakes and had to turn around and take it back – didn’t even get out of the parking lot. Apparently it was a plastic bag that was caught in the brake caliper while they were doing a test drive… again.. What?!!?! Travis – the GM – he means well but will always value profits of Frank Leta over the customer experience. They record all their interactions in office, to cover their own xxx, so they don’t make a mistake and accidentally offer to make you whole with splitting the cost of “plating” the car just to find out all they want to cover is registration costs ($100) Downright insulting. Don’t ever buy a car from these folks, they don’t care about you. You are just another number on a sales whiteboard with Leta sharks trying to screw everyday people.

Great Experience at Leta

Corey was awesome to work with. Purchasing a vehicle is a lengthy process. It is helpful to have competent and congenial people to aid the effort.

Go see Brett Johnson!

Go see Brett Johnson! Had a great experience buying my first Acura through Frank Leta. Not only did Brett make my first Acura buying experience easy, he also really cared about what I wanted and made some great suggestions through the process. I ended up buying a RDX and couldn’t be happier with my new car. Thanks Brett Johnson and Nick Budd for making this a great experience.

I Looked online at Frank Leta pre owned website and found

I Looked online at Frank Leta pre owned website and found a black Jeep Wrangler Sahara I decided to test drive. It was a nice car in my price range so we decided to purchase it and trade in my 2021 black explorer Timberline. I left the lot around 7:15 pm and after driving it for the evening I realized it would not work as our kiddo gets bad car sick. We reached out to the person who sold us our car the next morning and they wouldn’t respond so after a bit my husband decided to call the dealer. We were basically told since we signed papers we were out of luck that we couldn’t get my explorer back. If we wished to get it back we would be able to buy it back after it went through car certification(3,500 more money btw) or we could find a different car on the lot and they would “forget” about the jeep….what would be the difference and just getting my explorer back at this point. So I looked around and they said they had an 2018 Acura MDX I could see about getting into so I did. I should have known better when the ac didn’t work that it would be a big disaster but they assured me it would be fixed. So after waiting another 17days for the Acura MDX to go through certification I picked it up. It has been AWFUL to say the least. Screen goes on and off, sensors are all over the place, sun roof will open but wont crack, captain chair seat belt will not buckle every time. I have always had great buying experiences with cars until this place. I will never recommend or refer anyone to purchase a car from Frank Leta as I am highly disappointed. 😕
