professional and postive sales experience

Working with Dominique Vattuone to purchase several vehicles is a pleasure. He is a knowledgeable of each car and a great guide to finding the right vehicle with the right options and the price is right. Jim Walker in finance explained each of the finance and warranty options well without pressure. Mike thanks for the delivery help. A great buying experience!

Excellent sales experience despite the busy holiday season

Kevin Ferguson was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with us throughout the process of our purchase of a new Honda Pilot. He spent a considerable amount of time making sure that we were comfortable with the price and the features of the car, staying late into the evening.

Friendly and not pushy, great staff

I walked in to see used cars but end up purchasing a new 2018 Honda CRV. The service from Phil Meilleur was exceptionally good. I felt very comfortable talking with him. After I told him I’d like to compare both the used and new models, he patiently showed me both and let me test drive both. He works in the used car section, but he helped me communite with the new car section and negotiated a good deal for me. I’m very happy with his service and would like to recommend him to others.

Super Easy - right car, right price, great service!

Can't say enough good things about Dominique Vattuone helping my soon-to-be-college-grad get into his new Honda Accord. His son Anthony Vattuone over at Criswell Chevrolet helped us find Dominique. They were both fantastic in helping explain car features to my son, making sure he could test drive every engine and transmission option he was considering, and explaining features until he came to his decision. When it came time to buy, they had the exact color we wanted and met us at our price.

Thumbs Up

My husband and I just bought 2 cars, a used Honda Accord and a new HRV. We had the pleasure of working with Dominque Vattuone. He made the car buying experience as easy as possible. He was extremely energetic and truly was working to please us throughout the sales process. We will need another car soon and will certainly go back to Criswell Honda and specifically ask for Dominique Vattuone.

smooth sailing for car needed asap

Mr. Vattuone was kind, responsive, and efficient in assisting me online with the sale of a car needed ASAP after a significant accident. I give him 5 stars for his ability to easily accommodate and steer me through the buying process so I could get on my way to the airport. He even offered to return a rental car that I had had to borrow when I had difficulty finding the business and no longer had the time to return it myself. Follow-up has also been consistent.

Staff kind, helpful

I give Mazen and the finance consultant Andy ( I believe that is his name )very high marks in kindness, knowledge, and professionalism. That being said, I liken the entire experience to a KGB interrogation. It is like they won’t let you leave until you are so tired, you just agree to buy the car so you can get out of there. Most car dealers are like this, however my experience with Sport Honda was a bit less tedious. The other thing that bothered me is the bull crap way the management says they can only give you a tiny amount for your trade. I had to have a certain amount to pay off my old car I was trading in. First they said one amount , and I was ready to go elsewhere. Mazen went back to management and told them I needed my price or would be gone. Miraculously, in two seconds I got my asking price. Kind of a joke - the small increase is probably a drop in the bucket for them - but a lot to me.
