Warranty on my Expo

Roy the Service Rep that I dealt with was great; but the tech who did the work left the door handle greasy from the work and I was surprised that the vehicle wasn?t washed when I picked it up after having to spend $400 on a cable that broke inside the door on a vehicle with 68k miles. Overall I was satisfied with the work and Roy went above and beyond to get me taken care of in a timely manner.
