All away around a great buying expereince

“I can’t say enough good things about how Mike Cerqueira – and really the whole crew – from Management to the service department – at MetroWest Subaru, in Natick, Mass – where to deal with. This is my 4th Subaru that I have gotten from this dealership (over a 20 year period – yes, I Love Subaru’s!) and every experience I have with the sales staff over the years was excellent. But Mike, just went just that little bit further, with his attention to details and answering my queries that left me feeling tot ally confident in my purchase – and where I buy my cars. I have no hesitation, what-so-ever, in recommending to anyone that if they want a Subaru – and if your skier , like me, there is no better car in snow and to get you to the Mountains, than a Subaru (and no I don’t work for the company!) – see Mike Cerqueira at MetroWest Subaru

Great experience purchasing new car at MetroWest

Marc Soloway was terrific to deal with. His knowledge and expertise made it easy for me to decide which model and options to choose. I already knew I wanted to purchase a Crosstrek through the Costco program. Marc was very efficient throughout the process. He did a really thorough job when I picked up the car introducing me to the new safety and other features. Hadn't had a car for 9 years so it was a steep learning curve for me but with Marc's help I left in my new car driving with confidence. Best sales person I've ever worked with. Highly recommend him.

Good follow through on the part of the salesman

I special ordered a car and salesman Marc did a very good job keeping me updated with progress of car. I also appreciated not being pushed into something off the lot and having the opportunity to order as per my preference.

Great dealership and great sales guy

Buying a car is usually an ordeal, but our sales person— Mark Soloway- made it relatively painless. He caught on quickly when we described our needs and steered us to the right car for us. Negotiating was not torture and we drive away with a great deal.

Great experience

Just got a 2109 Forester from Metrowest Subaru. We were also looking at Honda CRV and Toyota RAV4, but the newer versions of these seem smaller and don't fit my 6'2" frame. Tons of headroom in the Forester, even with the moonroof. Marc was great, answered all our questions without the crazy pressure, and we're super happy with the car. We did the online thing looking for a vehicle and appreciated the personalized service and competitive price. Very happy with the experience and the result, you will be too with Metrowest Subaru (hey that rhymes!)

Best car buying experience in 82 years Thanks Marc Soloway

I was eager to have the best safety aides in my new car. The ones in Subaru are more highly developed. But I already have a 2011 Legacy and wondered if I should get another model. Marc knew all the functions and all the cars. He was able to hear what I wanted and fit me into a Legacy Limited. I disliked moon-roofs but Marc was able to to get a stubborn guy like me to understand that was the only way to get the backup braking I wanted. We decided on the car and negotiated a very fair price in an hour fifteen minutes. Marc is smart and honest, and effective. By the end of purchasing the car I felt Marc to be a cherished friend. During my 82 years I have purchased many cars; Marc is the best salesperson. The safety features on the car are outstanding. I am 100% hapy with the car, the dealer, the price and very appreciative of Marc.

Love my car!

I just bought a 2019 Forester from Metrowest Subaru, and I love my car! We saw it online before it even arrived into the country. Mike Cequeira started us off but Marc Soloway walked us through every step. He explained the options to us, and kept us informed as the car arrived in port, and then made its way to Natick. Once it was ours, he went thro the many features. He was great to work with....and I love my car!

good guy

very pleasant and very easy to work with. very available. even after the sale, still helpful I have called a few times for more help and always find him in good humor and helpful, I appreciate not being made to feel stupid when there is so much to learn with this new technology and a new car.
