I don’t think I’ll ever buy it a car from anybody else
I don’t think I’ll ever buy it a car from anybody else ever again!! Johnny was one of the best salesman but also people I’ve ever met in my life!! Absolutely, genuine and honest! I actually feel like I met a new friend for a lifetime! His ability to connect with his customers was on another level!! The vehicles are absolutely incredible shape!! We decided to buy two vehicles that were super pleased with!! And got them for an amazing price!! Highly recommend this place!!

I would stay away from this dealership!
I would stay away from this dealership! I traded in a Maserati on 10/30/24. After I completed the deal my sales guy Eric calls several days later and tells me the cars has a fluid leak, but they have the vehicle listed on their website already and haven’t repaired the fluid leak. Very unprofessional! I’m greatly concerned sbout the card I bought considering this,

I am sorry to hear that you are unhappy with how we handled your trade-in. We indeed do list vehicles with check-in photos before the completion of our reconditioning process. This does include vehicles that may need mechanical repair to bring them up to our standards. If during our reconditioning process, we find that we can't bring the car up to our standards we remove it from the website and send it to wholesale auction.
Dallas Lease Returns has had this vehicle in its possession for 2 weeks. This car is still currently listed on its' website, "warning" to all...this 2018 convertible maserati gran turismo has a fluid leak which tends to be VERY expensive with Maserati cars!

I can’t say enough good things about Robert Yousef and
I can’t say enough good things about Robert Yousef and the exceptional service he provided throughout our entire transaction. Since we don’t live in Texas, Robert went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. He spent countless hours answering my questions, providing detailed photos and videos, and even FaceTiming us so we could see the truck in real-time. I’m very particular and thorough, so I had pages of questions we needed answered before we could make travel plans to purchase the truck. Robert never once acted frustrated or annoyed, despite the constant requests. If he felt that way, he certainly didn’t show it. His patience and dedication were truly impressive. What stood out the most was his honesty and transparency. Unlike many salespeople who might bend the truth, Robert was straightforward and genuinely upfront about every detail of the truck. It’s rare to encounter such integrity in a salesperson, and it made the entire process much smoother and more enjoyable. I highly recommend Robert to anyone looking to make a purchase—his customer service is unparalleled, and he truly cares about providing a positive experience.
