Chris answers the phone nearly every call…which is not the standard in today’s customer service. If by chance he missed your call, it’s just minutes before you hear back. All future car endeavors will first work through Chris and the Dallas Lease Returns group before going anywhere else.

Even though I did not end up buying a car there, Alexis
Even though I did not end up buying a car there, Alexis was outstanding in searching for a used luxury car for me. I would recommend her and Dallas Lease company to anyone. The reason I didn't buy is that the car insurance for that car was going be prohibitive for someone who only drives 3000 miles a year. Go see Alexis! Pam P

Exceptional experience, after shopping with a couple of "big brand" dealers and being absolutely disappointed, I was pleasantly surprised to find this gem of a place. Pete helped with sales and was courteous, helpful, not pushy or overly aggressive. We had a very nice chat.
