She is friendly, provides timely updates and takes the time to explain your vehicle needs. The guys who do the maintenance and repairs are quick, skilled and FANTASTIC!! Will take advantage of the ignorant / weak. they demanded i get cosigner to secure loan, then marked the rate up they got from the bank to line their own pockets.

Good service
Had battery issue with my 2018 CRV dealt with Jillian Dalton service advisor very professional kept me in the loop solved problem and sent me on my way with new battery an smile on my face will call her next time service needed

Bad service
I have had it with the service at this dealership. The mechanics are inexperienced and take all day to diagnose and that’s not the bad part. I just spent $1400 on a VTM module that took 2 days. Had to return because my drink release no longer worked. 3 and a 1/2 hours latter they claim they didn’t leave it unplugged! They were just in there! Hacks- Do Not waste your time and money

Knowledgeable salesman
We were met in the lot my a very nice salesman who answered all our questions and helped us as much as he could. After having several bad experiences elsewhere it was a pleasure to speak to someone who knew what they were talking about. He took our information and said he would be in touch when something came in that met our needs.

Purchased a pre-owned SUV
Rebecca, the sales lady, was super. She based her recommendations on what information I gave her. She remained involved all the way through the process and after I drove off, with 2 follow-up calls to insure my satisfaction. Customer service at its best !

Worst experience ever.
Purchased a used car from them May 2015. The day I got it I noticed a clunk coming from underneath. Took it to them numerous times and was told it was nothing. Muffler rusted off car in June 2015. Clunking sound continued until car became undriveable in November. Took it to them again and they said it was ball joints. Clunking continued. Took it to a mechanic of my choice. He found that one of my struts was cracked in two. $1200 in repair on a car I had 6 months. They will not make this right, nor do they return phone calls. They have treated me very rudely. Horrible experience! Never buy there! The star rating system on this site is messed up, giving them more stars than I intended. If it were up to me, there would be ZERO stars all around.
