I had a great buying experience. At 58 years old, I still get that angst when it is time to buy a new car, but after a bit of talking with Zach, I figured out that he just wanted to help me get into the car that I really wanted, and helped me find the best way of financing it that provided me a deal I felt good about and terms that benefited me as a customer. Billy did a great job showing the car and explaining the features and Charlie was very helpful and friendly in the finance department. I had sold cars in my younger days for three different Chevy dealers and a Ford dealer (Idaho and Florida) and dealerships still gave me that creepy feeling until this experience. So, thank you Huffines team for a great buying experience!

I misunderstood my extended warranty coverage, it was explained to me, no big deal. But after I left the head of service and the head of finance called me separately to make sure I was ok with the provided info, was everything perfectly clear, did I need anything else, etc. I really appreciated the follow up and personalized attention. That level of customer service is very rare these days and it is the reason I’m on my 3rd vehicle with this dealership. Outstanding!

As usual, an excellent experience. No service advisor was available when I pulled in, but an extremely pleasant young lady wrote me up to get me started. Taryn? She advised me the rest of the way - quote to delivery. It was all quick and easy - and quality work. (Really wish I had written her name down!) There’s a reason I have purchased all of my cars at Huffines for quite a few years now.
