My family and I have been dealing with this dealership since 2003 when the cava family purchased the store. They are always very easy to deal with.

We were in the process of buying a truck and JR (a sales

We were in the process of buying a truck and JR (a sales employee) was rude and yelled at my wife for verifying information when we were purchasing a vehicle out of state.

Service was terrible.

Service was terrible. Left vehicle there for a check- up at 8:15 which was scheduled. Should have taken 30 mins tops to do this minor service. Called at 3:30 pm and still not done. Showed up at dealership at 4:45 pm. They didn’t even pull it in. Service manager was extremely rude and disrespectful and clearly couldn’t care less. Obviously my business wasn’t important to them. Me and my family who all own Toyotas will not be doing any more business with Dan Cava. I even called to speak to manager directly. Still no apology or call back.

Don't go here if you don't want to wait well over an hour

Don't go here if you don't want to wait well over an hour every time for a simple oil change and tire rotation. If you are a female, be prepared for services to try to be sold to you. Although when you look it up it's service not recommended until several thousand miles later. Then when you refuse the service the technology takes even longer.

Wandered the car lot for about 10 minutes today trying to

Wandered the car lot for about 10 minutes today trying to see inside dimensions, pricing and overall car details in person. We were not spoken to or acknowledged- even though four employees were outside - two were glued to their cell phones! All cars were locked and no pricing was posted. Hard to make any decisions when there is no information available from humans or in print. Figured the owner or sales manager would want to know what is going on when they’re not looking. If even one would have said… Hello, I’ll be with you in a few minutes or I’ll call someone to help you… we would have stayed a bit longer. Very disappointed. Customer service and printed information needs to be much improved!

Really awful, worst repair experience ever, and this was

Really awful, worst repair experience ever, and this was a VERY simple repair. Took WEEKS, including ordering the wrong part, not getting it done when promised, not returning calls. The actual work probably took them a few hours. Over WEEKS. Do not take your vehicle here for service! Go somewhere else -- out of state if you have to.

Denied service because its their choice

New update, Took my 2nd Toyota Tacoma from my 2nd son for a recall ( frame treatment) to Dan Cava. I ask them to check the front end due to a noise I heard driving to the dealership. I call the morning of recall work and ask them to check it while it was on the rack. I was told by the lady that answered the phone " since you turned in a review of my concerns with the Mr Cavas policies and your review stated you were upset with the policies we can not work on your vehicles ". At that point I ask to speak with the Manager after waiting 2 hours for her to call me I finally called in and spoke with her. She repeated the same situation as above " Since you you wrote reviews that were negative why would you want us to work on your vehicle " I thought a 2nd chance with Dan Cava might be a option and I was wrong. I ask Kerry So will you look at the truck and she said NO . So again Dan Cava Toyota has tarnished the brand beyond my imagination.

Bad service department and management

Dion is a great salesman to deal with but management and mechanics are disrespectful and a joke. They damaged our wheels 3 times, even after being instructed not to touch them. Went for an oil change and they damaged the wheels again, they said they thought we wanted the tires rotated. When we showed the manager he said it was because my wheels where cheap. They tried paying me off with a 100$ bill and told me to not come back, they wouldn't work on my vehicle anymore and that I am no longer welcome at Dan Cava. They still owe me free services but I wouldn't go back if I was welcome to come back.
