This is the 3rd car we have purchased at Honda of Bowie. We like the dealership, (both sales staff and service department.) Travis Jenkins was very helpful, but not pushy, which I appreciated. He located the type of preowned car I was looking for, gave me all the info and background I requested and worked with us on a fair price for my trade in and "new" car. (The buyer always wishes they could get a lower price...I felt I got a good price and was satisfied.) We plan to take the car to Honda of Bowie for service, and stop there first when looking for our next car.

Went in that day to buy a used car and ended up leaving with the exact car I wanted with a great deal. My girlfriend and I were treated exceptionally well and everything went smoothly. The guys at Honda of Bowie are still taking care of me and will continue to do so, and for that I'm grateful, for it all. Thanks!

Working with R.T. Yancy was a very good experience, he was very friendly and informative with everything we discussed during our meeting. Even though I was not sure about some things he gave me clarity on my concerns. The staff there at Honda of Bowie were very friendly and polite and everyone was willing to help. I really appreciate the service I received at Honda of Bowie. I went into make a purchase; it was not painful at all and I was in and out in a matter of hours. I had been looking for a new or used vehicle for awhile. After surfing the net, I called Honda of Bowie and spoke to RT Yancey. He is a very good listener and followed up with me in a timely fashion. I had a great experience buying my car from RT Yancey, and Cleo Malone was great for his help. I worked in automotive world for many years and have seen some bad things happen, I must say this was a very smooth sale and good service as well, yes i will buy from them again, and maybe very soon.

I have purchased 5 vehicles from Honda of Bowie. Each time I have been given opportunity to test drive as many vehicles as I needed , sometimes the same one twice, when coming to my final decision on a purchase. Each time ,I have never been pressured and Allen was able to work with me in a friendly and no haggle way for us to mutually come to a fair agreement. I have been given great owner loyalty discounts with each purchase , which is why I keep going back. I don't think I have ever spent more than 3-4 hours from start to finish in closing the deal and have always felt that we each got a fair exchange from the experience. I will continue to go back there for future vehicle purchases because they know I am a serious buyer and they don't pressure me into anything I don't want. In my most recent vehicle purchase, a 2012 Civic HF, I had made my decision on another vehicle and Allen even suggested I test drive the Civic HF while I waited for some paperwork to be completed. Needless to say, I really liked it and changed my mind from the vehicle I had decided to buy which was just a Civic LX model to getting the Civic HF, a grade above. I felt a huge difference in the drive and handling of the vehicle. I was completely happy with my experience.

I just bought a brand new Crosstour from Lionel Wilson at Honda of Bowie. Since my car shopping experience began, Honda of Bowie was the third dealership I visited. I made an appointment with Lionel to test drive the car and upon my arrival, I felt very comfortable and at ease. When he presented me with the deal, I knew I found my new car. I had something to compare with and I knew immediately Lionel had my best interest. He was not trying to rip me off. Lionel came across like a dad trying to look out for his daughter. I am glad I went to Honda of Bowie.

I recommend this dealership and specifically Travis Jenkins as a salesman. He is friendly, helpful, and funny! I especial like this dealership because it didn't feel like feeding time when I walked into the building. I have been to other Honda dealerships where it feels like the sales people are vultures, but not at this one! Not only was Travis great, so was the guy who handled our lease. He was extremely friendly and thorough. I will definitely be going back to this dealership in the future.

My wife and I have purchased many vehicles over the past 47 years, none of our purchases was as plesant as our recently completed purchase of a 2012 Odessy Touring Elite. I completed several online buyers sevice quieries for this vehicle. We decided to begin our search at the local dealer. One of our son's had purchased a Honda Civic there several years ago that he is still driving. The Dealers online offer was prompt and was honored, even though they had to swap at the time we purchased for an exact match to meet our specifications. Several of the follow up contacts we recieved from the online applications did not provide a quote for the vehicle in the online query, only phone calls and come in to look at what we have in our stock. We had to be away for two weeks shortly after recieving our online quote, so we rescheduled our test drive when we returned. The delership rescheduled our test drive to accomodate our travel and other visits we made were based on our schedule through out our negotiations. Honda of Bowie provided us an excellant trade for our our current van which was not a Honda. The financial arrangements at the dealership were comparable to our Credit Union online offers, and were completed at the dealership less than 24 hours after completion of the application documents. Both of these guys,(R.T. and Davaughn), were great. I have a closer dealership to my house, but I'm making the trip up to Bowie for all my service needs. Everyone was willing to work with me and give me the best trade-in price and new car price. It was worth the drive to have such good customer service.
