Dan did an awesome job of recovering a sale. As my son and I were searching the internet for a local Honda dealer, on my phone in the parking lot, Dan approached us asked a few questions and next thing I knew we were sitting at his desk signing paperwork for my son's first NEW car! Rene, was so upbeat and friendly. He made the long trail of paperwork seem like to problem at all! The time flew by, and I felt like we made a new friend before we shook hands and left and the dealership.

Great experience, great teamwork

Kathy Wong and Dan Racine were both very courteous and respectful of my time, my goals and my needs. They took a no nonsense approach and did EVERYTHING to make it work. After having been put through the wringer with other dealerships, they were a breath of fresh air and did business exactly as I hoped for. The entire negotiation process was honest, aboveboard and to the point. There was no yanking me about, they found ways to make it work for me and I am very happy and grateful they did. I LOVE my new Rogue.

I've purchased two vehicles and serviced with Gerald Kia of North Aurora. Today, in an emergency situation, I had my Nissan Quest towed to Gerald Nissan of North Aurora, I couldn't be more pleased. Service was quick and thorough. Eli was the person who took care of me and did a great job. Everyone one of my experiences with the Gerald Automotive Group have been nothing but positive. Management must do a great job of instilling customer first views in their staff. I cannot say enough good things about the Gerald Auto Group. It's refreshing to work with a dealer for both sales and service where you truly feel they are there to help you vs. just trying to get the sale. The experience of purchasing my new Subaru Outback was...

The experience of purchasing my new Subaru Outback was quick and painless. Chris was helpful, informative, and patient. He has a charming sense of humor and listened to me and my needs and desires. Rene was a true gentleman to work with, and was very concerned that I felt comfortable with the financial and warrantee information. I feel that the whole deal was a win/win for everyone.

Wife and I were looking at buying a new Murano and Dave...

Wife and I were looking at buying a new Murano and Dave was our salesman. We walked in and told him what we were thinking, and he tossed us a set of keys to a Murano and said "Here you go. Drive it around, take your wife to lunch, and then when you come back I can answer any questions you may have". I mean, how awesome is THAT? No pushy salesman in the car trying to talk to you while you are driving. (not that Dave was ever pushy) To make a long story short, We came back to the dealership in about 2 hours, asked a few questions as I had done most of my research ahead of time, and then drove out with a new Murano! )and a great deal on an extended warranty as we were planning on keeping the vehicle for quite awhile) This was a little over two years ago. Following that I have had several emails into Dave asking about purchasing another vehicle and he ALWAYS responded promptly even though I have yet to buy another car.

Service excellence!

I spoke to Terry Nabors in the Gerald Nissan service department at 8:00 AM on a Saturday morning and was able to get a 9:45 AM appointment for a tire repair and an oil change on my 2013 Altima. When I asked if I needed to pick up the car later in the day, I was told "No, we'll take care of you while you wait". I've dealt with other dealerships in the past and was prepared for at least a 1 1/2 to 2 hour wait time. When I turned the keys over to Terry for service I was asked if I would like a complimentary car wash, which I declined, as I don't care for the rotating brushes of a standard car wash. I told Terry I would do it later in the day myself. I must say I was very pleasantly surprised and very pleased with my visit to Gerald Nissan! My tire was repaired, my oil was changed, and my car was hand washed at no extra charge within 45 minutes of giving Terry my keys!!!! Terry is a very pleasant person to deal with and I was treated very fairly on the tire repair and I certainly didn't expect the hand wash.

Jon, was great to work with! Very knowledgeable about the vehicle, giving honest answers. We aren't impulse buyers-he kept in touch w/o being pushy. Searched other dealers to get the exact one we wanted @ a great price. Highly recommend!

I am so impressed with the service and my salesman is beyond awesome, I will be in the market for a small suv and I was looking only at the Toyota Rav4 but now because of the positive experience here I will be buying a Nissan Rogue from Dan. My service advisor is Terry Nebors and he is also great, with service like this I will only be buying from Gerald Nissan because if I do have a problem they stand behind what they sale. I never get a chance to write positive feedback because customer is gone but not at Gerald Nissan, you have a customer for life. Jason Mikel (Sales) and Rene Payton (finance) were great, very informative, no pressure! Lifetime power train on qualifying vehicles is a plus. Bought a new Subaru Legacy through the Nissan dealer because Jason made me feel comfortable. Never though I would leave a car dealer with a smile on my face!

Awesome Experience

My experience at Gerald Nissan North Aurora was awesome and I would like to specifically thank the gentleman I worked with, Erik Johnson. He was honest and not pushy at all, compared to the car salesman stereotype. When I came in to the Nissan dealership I had pretty much decided I was going to buy a Honda Fit, but the Honda sales team there was distant; I didn't feel like they were listening to me or cared about what I was looking for. Erik listened and made suggestions. He was very knowledgeable. It made a huge impact on me because I decided I wanted him to get the sale, not the people at Honda. I took a while to buy, because I waited for the Note to come out (after starting to look for cars in early March). Erik kept me updated whenever he heard anything about the release. I'm glad I made the decision I did, because I love my car. I would definitely return to Gerald Nissan of North Aurora to buy another vehicle; and I would definitely work with Erik again.
