Jonathon was very knowledgeable and provided multiple options to help make our decision. He didn’t rush or put pressure on us to buy a car from him. Our experience with the entire staff was a pleasure. This dealership was an hour away from us, but worth the trip! We’re definitely going to be repeat Customers.

Bad sales practise - bait-and-swtch
I used their "FLOW EXPRESS CHECKOUT" process to buy a car that is posted on their website. Part of the process the dealer run TWO hard enquires TWICE towards my credit and then I received CONGRATULATIONS for your purchase message. Sales called me next morning 8.50am confirming the car is for sale and reserved for me, and also got an email at 11am staging the same. Around noon, received a email from Avdo Aljic who could not care less and stated the car has been pre-sold a week ago!!!! and offered different model not similar - sounded similar case other buyers have had, more like bait-and-switch. Why post car for purchase if it's not available. Spoke with GM Jason Keranen, who stated he can see what he can do for me - I guess nothing since never heard back, instead ended up with a lowered Transunion and Equipfax credit score because of their action, which they actually did illegally without my authorization knowing the items was not even for sale.

Amazing all-around experience
We had an incredible car buying experience with Flow. They allowed us to negotiate over the phone and gave us white glove service from the time we walked into the dealership to the time we drove away. Paula was amazing and overall the staff was fantastic. We had painful discussions with other dealers throughout our car buying process and Flow was quite the opposite. We will be a customer for life!

Unethical
Unethical dealer. I purchased a car from their loaner fleet off the internet. Never went in as everything was on phone given Covid. Car was represented to still be under warranty and had an “all in cost”. The all in cost was a joke, as instill had to pay fees to them for registration so don’t believe their “all in out the door price” - it is a lie. Worse yet, they failed to appropriately transfer the warranty from the dealer ownership to my name. When I went to get normal service (oil change) at my local dealer in Durham I was told I needed to again pay to get warranty into my name. Completely unethical and terrible communication. Outright lied to me about everything being included. Buyer beware!,,

Exceptional service
I had my car repaired there in past and was amazed at the service . Fast forward and the excellence in service was A Michael was so kind and accommodating. He truly went out of his way to explain repairs and kept in full contact with us . Very pleased !!!

Great Dealership !
Great experience. Steve, our Salesman and David the Sales Manager were very friendly and helpful. I feel like the only negative was the length of time the whole process took waiting on the Finance Manager. It took over an hour to see her. She was very friendly and knowledgeable once we saw her and in her defense, I felt like it was a factory BMW glitch as it took most of our waiting time to finally receive a questionnaire on my phone to answer just a few short questions about how we planned to take care of the car. Again in her defense, most of it was caused by the ridiculous amount of paperwork required to purchase a car. We spent less time in a bank buying a house. It would have also been nice to be introduced to the Service Manager and Parts Manager with a quick tour of the Service Dept. We don?t even know where the Service and Parts Depts. are located. All in all, it was a very positive and nice experience in a lovely dealership. We would give our recommendation to others to purchase a vehicle there.

My new BMW X3M40i
I have purchased over 40 new cars in my 75 years of life. I have never had a better experience than dealing with FLOW BMW of Winston Salem. More specifically, Their service department is the best I have ever seen, More specifically, Ricky the service manager and Kenny my writer are just plain outstanding. I could go on for ten pages; however, i think that says it all.

Sold Car With No Title
I purchased a 2015 228i xDrive Convertible from Flow BMW in Winston-Salem, NC. Approximately 2 months later the DOT contacted me to say the vehicle's title was not in my name, so I contacted Flow. Flow told me they knew there was a problem with the title, they had been trying to fix it for six months, and the car should not have been sold. In looking at my paperwork, I also noticed Flow BMW charged me $1,000 more for the car than the price it was advertised for. In an effort to correct the situation, Flow BMW's General Manager made specific promises to me, in writing via email, that he now refuses to honor. Just one more example that Flow BMW is not to be trusted. This experience shows Flow has unethical business practices and I would not recommend them to anyone.

Purchased used BMW M4
I have owned 7 BMW's over my life and just traded from a Porsche to my 4th M Series vehicle because I just like BMW's and the way they drive. This was my second vehicle purchased from Flow and I will tell you the experience was excellent. I worked closely with a great sales person Larry Harris that was responsive, honest and made me feel like he was working as my advocate. I am a touch customer and know a lot about the mechanical aspects of all my vehicles and would ask detailed questions that needed shop foreman expertise. Larry always got right back to me and completed answered any questions that I had. I know that when I purchase from Flow that I will be getting a quality vehicle and be treated with integrity. I would recommend Flow to anyone looking to purchase new or used BMW in the area!
