Kenny Starnes always makes sure we get great service for our BMW's. He invariably recognizes us, efficiently assesses the issues and helps us decide whether to wait on it or come back later. Often, on time consuming work, he will put us in a loaner, even when we least expect it. A big reason for continuing to buy BMW's at Flow is because of the service and the personal care Kenny delivers.

THE SERVICE WE RECEIVED VIA OUR SERVICE MAN, KENNY, WAS BEYOND EXCELLENT. WHEN OUR BMW BASICALLY "DIED" WHILE WE WERE ON OUR WAY TO A CRUISE LEAVING OUT OF CHARLESTON, SOUTH CAROLINA, FROM CHAMPION, PENNSYLVANIA, KENNY TOOK CHARGE, IN OUR ABSENCE. HE IMMEDIATELY CONTACTED ME VIA TEXT ON SUNDAY, OCTOBER 29, EVEN THOUGH THEY DEALERSHIP WAS CLOSED! HE THEN PROCEEDED TO KEEP ME UPDATED ON THE PROBLEMS, THE FIX, THE COST, AND ANY OTHER PERTINENT INFORMATION. HE WAS A LIFE SAVER, AND SUCH A GENTLEMEN. THANK YOU, KENNY.
