Chip, my service manager was ready with the paperwork, checked me in and had me on my way in a loaner within 10 minutes. Chip called to tell me the car would be ready at the time he estimated at drop-off. Car was ready for pick-up when I drove up, and I was in my way home in minutes.

I was considering buying / leasing my third vehicle from Audi ... but was really on the fence ... pretty happy with my 2012 Q5 ... but Kevin explained all the reasons to buy a 2018 ... over the course of a few calls.. back & forth I decided he was absolutely right!!! I test drove more than just the Audi ... but because of Kevin I now own a 2018 Q5 !!!

All went well from arrival to departure. I was kept informed to the time and expected waiting time.and what problems were making the service longer.

John Cabral was attentive and efficient. Although the car was checked off as being washed it was not, so John ran it through the car wash himself and special attention to the inside of my windshield streaks! Audi in Bellingham, does a thorough clean with vacuuming.

Always treated like a customer and employees are very friendly throughout the facility. Service department is always clean and complimentary coffee makes the wait not seem so bad.
