Terrible, terrible, terrible. Please do yourself a favor...

Terrible, terrible, terrible. Please do yourself a favor and choose another Audi dealership. Any other one will be better than Robert Larson Audi. Don't put yourself through what I went though. They epitomize the words dishonest and cheats. Robert Larson Audi is unethical at best.

My experience over all was a positive one. Kevin was knowledgeable in the A6 and had answers to all my questions. Got the opportunity to work with Sarah Voltz in Service this evening when I brought my car back to get the Cilajet coating. She is so friendly and I enjoyed meeting and talking with her. Both Sarah and Kevin are assets to Larson Audi.

Absolutely the biggest joke of sales staff, have gone in there several times over the last few years and each time I am greeted by an ENTIRE new group of people, these people know absolutely zero about the product, can't answer questions yet they are taught to say" so lets write this deal up"my wife was so offended my Monique that she walked out,, rude, high pressure,, uneducated staff

Horrid experience! Beware

All the horror stories about Larson Porsche Audi are true. After doing business with them I had to rush home to wash off the sleeze. It's an extremely scary experience. In this modern day of businesses and individuals attempting to practice and behave ethically, It's refreshing to see that Larson Audi in particular, still adheres to old school car sales tactics. If you are in the market for a new Audi, please go and buy from Larson Audi in Fife. It will be an enlightening historical experience. You will experience first hand how the stereotypes and myths of car sales individuals were created.

Rude sales staff

I was very disappointed in this dealerships customer service. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Great overall experience (Service and Sales)

Recently ordered a Q5 from Larson Audi. Kendall Haynes assisted my wife and I along the way and the level of customer service received from him was impeccable. Very informative throughout the buying process and always willing to answer any questions we had to our satisfaction. Being 22-years-old I usually get overlooked at dealerships, especially at those in the business of selling luxury vehicles. This was not the case at Larson, Kendall approached us after we expressed interest in a Q5 they had in the showroom floor and immediately treated us as serious buyers, as we were. After the test drive, on which Kendall was very knowledgeable, we were sold. We received a very fair trade-in price for our car and a very good price on the new Q5 we ordered, of course not without a little negotiating. The overall facilities were very nice and brand new, one of the nicer dealerships in the area. We have also got the oil changed on our old Audi and was blown away with the customer service and overall attitude of the representatives. This was another reason we opted to purchase from this dealership. I'm not sure who the other folks who wrote reviews dealt with, but based on our experience I have a difficult time believing we were even at the same dealership. Kendall Haynes truly aims for the smoothest business experience/transaction possible and he most certainly achieves this.

I purchased a low mileage used 2008 corvette from Larson Audi, and overall, had a very good experience. Cash was my primary salesman, with some assistance from Shaun. Both were relaxed, friendly, easy-going in their approach, always letting me feel like my sales experience mattered - casual, yet to the point. Dion was my F&I person, and worked really hard with different banks to find the right financing. I really appreciate his efforts - as this was not a simple deal, taking the better part of a day to put together. PDI on the car could have been a little better as a couple of small items were missed, and detailing could be a little more thorough. That said, they were quick attend to a part needed getting it to me in just a couple of days. One of the best parts of the sales experience was allowing me as much time as I needed "ALONE" with the vehicle. After the usual accompanied test drive around the block with Shaun, Cash asked me if I would like to take the car out for awhile. After saying yes, he put some fuel in the car and sent me on my own, saying, "see you in a couple of hours." Spending time with the vehicle was invaluable. In the end it is what sealed the deal - Thanks Guys! In summary, I had a very pleasant car buying experience with Cash, Shaun, and Dion at Larson Audi. Love my new corvette. Would recommend to anyone; GIVE THEM A TRY!

I RECENTLY PURCHASED AN AUDI Q7 FROM LARSON AUDI OF TACOMA ! CASH WAS MY SALESMAN AND HE WAS SO INCREDIBLE THROUGH THE ENTIRE TRANSACTION. DION WAS EXCELLENT FOR MY FINANCING ! I WOULD RECOMMEND BOTH INDIVIDUALS TO ALL OF MY FRIENDS ! THEY BOTH WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY ALONG WITH EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE ! I ALSO WANTED TO MENTION THAT I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED THAT BARRIER AUDI REFUSES TO WASH MY CAR JUST BECAUSE I DIDNT BUY IT FROM THEM ! IN THE PAST IVE OWNED A LEXUS AND I COULD GET OT WASHED IT ANY LEXUS DEALERSHIP ! AGAIN, CASH AND DION WERE THE BEST ! KIMBERLY SCHMIDTKE

I had a nice experience here. Got the car of my dreams and the service was friendly. My salesman was not pushy - we just talked about options and choices. I also worked with the service department (had some things added) and they were also friendly and did quality work. Thanks Larson Audi!

My wife was going to purchase a BMW 335 until we drove by Larson Audi. It was almost closing time but that did'nt stop Cash from talking to us and telling us what they had to offer. We told Cash that we would return to the dealership the following day. My wife is a very picky person and Cash was patience with us. I purchased a 2011 BMW 750Li last year and had outstanding service. If, I was going to make a purchase I would look no further than Larson Audi and team of Cash Thomas and Dion Earl. These 2 guys are the best at making you feel special. We not only see them as Sales people we see them as family friends. I would recommend these 2 sales people to anyone looking for great customer service and a great price.
