Could not be happier!!!!!

So to start off, I don't know what the "LA Car guy" is talking about, but we worked with Shawn and he singlehandedly made our entire experience the best car buying experience ever, and we are 65+ so we've had our experience buying cars!! He walked us through every step and was honest, courteous and very charming!! Shawn also followed up with us after we bought our car and also went so far as to leave us a message on our home phone so that we would get it when we arrived home with our beautiful new Q5! What can we say.....speechless...top notch customer service all the way around!!! Thank you

Top Notch Service at Larson Audi

So I wanted Larson Audi Service to check out a few things on the S4 before heading off to a lapping session at PIR. Upon arrival at the service entrance, a team of personnel leapt into action with dazzling alacrity. I am serious. Ryan, Sarah, and two parts technicians addressed all my concerns, including ones I raised which in retrospect were irrational. Plus, I had the chance to talk Audis with the service manager, Mike. Plus-plus, they washed and vacuumed the S4 and had it gleaming. These folks take service to a whole new level.

Kevin was very friendly and helpful. We were under a time constraint to leave and Kevin ran around getting the paperwork pushed to get done as fast as he could. I recommend dealing with Kevin and going to this dealership.

i recently just purchased a Audi Q5 from this dealership. Dealing with Mr. Lee was easy. I explained to him what I was looking for and he made it happen. I would recommend this dealership.

Horrible sales people

I contacted Larson about purchasing used vehicle and got into conversation with Shawn. After agreement on the price I started preparations for payment. Transferring money between accounts and planning flight to Seattle area from California. After 1 day Shawn told me that Joe Carbone will be taking care of this deal and I should contact him. I asked for Joe's email and wrote him a letter with my flight and purchase plans. Joe did not respond for several days and I called many times every day and left numerous messages. Joe never responded. Shawn told me that the car was sold after around 1 week. They did not have common courtesy to let me know right away and cost me time and money to prepare for the trip. I cannot recommend this dealership to anyone. I warn everybody just to stay away from these people.

Kevin was the ideal sales person for us; laid back, friendly and accommodating. He sold us a 2013 Audi A4 and we are happy with the overall experience

We've been to other dealerships and we walked out...

We've been to other dealerships and we walked out feeling unsatisfied. We went to Larson Audi Fife to look around. Kevin Lee was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. We are very happy with our purchase of the Q5. We will definitely recommend Kevin and Larson Audi to our friends and family.
