AutoLenders Voorhees

5 Stars. We ( the wife & I) had interaction with another 'similar' style dealer about a half dozen times. Long story short after a week plus we are still waiting for a call back. On to Auto Lenders of Voorhees, Having never been to the dealer personally I spoke to Jason over the phone, Very pleasant, friendly and patient to answer my few question. I was never rushed and made to feel I like was interrupting Jason's day and that he needed to answer another call, We chatted almost like friends. A vehicle was transferred as requested and with no obligation as advertised. I was preemptively called to be made aware the requested vehicle was at the Voorhees location and ready for my appointment. I was also referred to a salesperson, Giulio (Jules) Leone. Jules was fantastic. Met us at the door and he gathered some of the basic information from us and off to see the vehicle. The vehicle was parked out front and running (getting warmed) waiting for our test drive. We had not set out to purchase the vehicle that night but we did. Kudos to Jules in sales, Jason with customer service and Lew in finance. We arrived at the dealer a little late in the evening and even though we where there past closing time we where not rushed at any point during the paperwork, and we read a lot of fine print that night. I was dreading buying a car and dealing with a salesman, but Jules was very friendly and helpful. The whole experience was a pleasant one. I am very happy with my purchase.

My entire family dreaded walking into another dealership to buy a car but it was time! Both of our cars had seen better days. Our sales consultant, Jules was wonderful from the moment we met him. He was friendly,enthusiastic and attentive to our questions. He made us all feel at ease and even our children liked the experience!! We will definitely return to see Jules when we need another vehicle for our growing family!!

This was a really fun and easy car buying experience I didn't feel pressured they even offered my pregnant wife a few bottles of water when she got thirsty. Giulio Leone was our sales guy. Very friendly.

Our sales consultant Jules was very accommodating and friendly. He was present and responsive but did not hover or be pushy. He let me test drive several vehicles. Their policy about shipping vehicles over from other locations is very convenient and helpful. I came back a few days later and ended up purchasing a vehicle that they had shipped over for me. They quick detailed the car for me and when some scratches did not come out he gave me the name of their service location where it could be detailed more closely. Overall I found them to be accommodating and friendly. I ended up with a car that I am very pleased with and hope will last for years to come.

I have never walked out of a car dealer with such peace of mind. They were so patient and knowledgeable. Inventory and personnel both impressive!

Anthony Sottosanti was very professional. He was able to get my loan approved in less than five hours. They even drove the car I wanted to purchase to their location that was closest to my house so convenient. This is the first time we looked for a used car for close to 20 years, the experience was great. We were looking for a Pathfinder but not sure if wanted a SV or SL model. Jules bought out both models for us and even the high end Platinum model to test drive. The whole process was less than 3 hours, probably be faster if we didn’t test drive 3 different cars.
