We have had our Mercedes Benz serviced at Mercedes-Benz of Alexandria since 2011. The service has been continuously excellent, and the staff exceptionally helpful and professional. Actually, it is a pleasant experience, and I look forward to conversing with the employees. I would like to single out Service Manager David Getachew and Kathy Pines in Sales for their assistance, professionalism, and friendship over the years.

I've bought three Mercedes Benz from Mercedes-Benz of Alexandria. The buying experience from the salesman to the finance has always been a smooth exceptional transaction. This was my first car purchase and Michael Prati made it a quick, painless process. He gave me all the information I needed, was willing to let me take my time and gave me a great deal. And, follow-up from the dealership to make sure that I had everything I needed was great. Definitely recommend!

I regularly get both of my cars-a 2010 GLK and a 2014 SLK350-serviced here. My service advisor, Malike Salieu, is always friendly and professional. He keeps me informed of the work that needs to be done, the projected costs and when the car will be ready. Whether its's scheduled maintenance or an unscheduled issue, Malike lets me know what to expect. The work is done right the first time and if any problems come up relating to the work, they are immediately taken care of with no questions asked The price is fair and Malike always lets me know about any promotions or sales. I can't think of anything else that can be done to improve this service experience. I titled this "The Best" because it is.

The maintenance service on the wife E350 is always too notch and before they do the service. Our service rep come over an explain what's need for your Mercedes to run top notch with out breaking the bank. Best Mercedes Dealership in the surrounding area.

Dell C Mrs. Chantell Kirby has taken care of me since my second visit of 2017 after it has been a wonderful experience. I was unemployed for a year and let the service of the Benz go because I just could not afford it. But since working I've been visiting MB of Alexandria a lot over the last few months. I've had so much work done and Mrs. Kirby has explained every service request and ensured that my questions were answered before work was done. She's even teamed with the technician, who works on my auto, to explain the inner and outer tire rod repair that I will have performed in April of this year.

This is my first Purchase of the car. Alvin Daniels is very helpful and assist whatever question I have to make purchase easier. A real gentlemen. polite wonderful representative. again thank you
