this dealership make you feel like you are a 3rd class person. I needed to order a part for by volvo and there w an army of employees in all areas and since I wasn't there to buy a car, they didn't en bothered asking if they could help. every one was so stuck up, it made me feel like I was in a 3rd world country. management need to invest training their employees so that they can give customers a better treatment regardless as to weather you there to buy a car or just order a part.

Overcharged me nearly $1K on my trade-in. Mis-led about refunding the overpayment for 5 days. I had to escalate to the GM, who seemed unable to resolve the issue.

We really appreciate Amanda's courageous arrangement at Bernardi Volvo service Department.for our recent one day service to upgrade VCU for EX90. She provided a valet service for us to go to the near by Natick Mall while we were waiting for the service and pick up us back to their service lounge when the work was finished so we didn’t have to wait at their lounge for too long.
