Amazing sales support

I went into this location to discuss purchasing my current Audi but Eric D. Did such an amazing job pointing out benefits of new Q5 that I walked out with a new one! They were fair and courteous during price negotiation. And even after purchase I received extensive training on how to use the new fangled features. I am on a road trip and am absolutely loving my new car!!! Thank you Audi Cary and Eric!

A Stand-out Experience!

It has been a week since we drove home our preowned Q5, and we are still gushing over the service provided by Eric Danford! We couldn't believe that our car buying trip started and ended with Audi Cary, and that too within 4-5 hours. Eric was very responsive from the get go. He had the cars ready for test drive as requested and was helpful without being pushy (at all). He took his time in learning what we were looking for, and supplied those informations and more! He showed us some options and did not rush us in the decision making process. The bit we appreciated the most - the unhurried manner in which Eric demonstrated the car's functions/capabilities AFTER the sale was completed and when we were about to drive home. That alone set him apart from the other sales persons we have worked with before. Gene was just as pleasant and helpful, and we truly appreciated the speed and efficiency in which our paperwork was handled. Thank you Eric and Gene for proving that car buying does not have to be a stressful experience!

These guys are the best. Hands down.

Audi of Cary is hands down the best car buying experience I’ve ever had, made better by two highly professional employees. Johnnie ( my salesman ) understood my situation and what I was looking for. He walked the lot with me giving me great information on the vehicles that caught my eye. He was not pushy and made no attempt to steer me towards a car I did not want ( no pun intended ). He instead armed me with the information I needed to make the best choice for me. That of course gave me a great sense of confidence and reassurance when I made my final choice. Hugh ( the gentleman that handles financing ) sat me down and went over in depth everything I needed to know about about the purchase I was making. Doing the dreaded paperwork was made super simple and was explained in full detail. I never felt like there was any writing between the lines and I wasn’t left confused and scratching my head. Any questions I had ( or have ) Hugh answered with a smile and I felt like I was in good hands the entire time. So in closing the car I got I love and I got it at a great price. It fits me and my life style and was exactly what I was looking for. The guys at Audi Cary are some of the most professional and polite guys I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. I would highly recommend anyone looking into getting a new vehicle to stop by. Thank you Audi Cary !

SQ5 Great Support on a considerable investment

Dimitar was very supportive in answering all my questions concerning base vehicle, options and financing. Being new to Audi, I did have a low level of knowledge on the car so his knowledge and patient demeanor helped me emensly. I also learned that leasing was my best option at this point in my life. I recommend working with Dimitar as he is extremely experienced and a great guy. Thnxks for all the help D!!! I love the car. It’s an amazing machine and can’t wait for the first road trip!!

Great Buying Experience

I preordered my vehicle, and Len did a great job keeping me updated throughout the process. Once the vehicle arrived, he patiently demonstrated all of its features and made sure I was happy with my purchase. Best of all, I was in and out of the dealership in less than two hours. It was a great buying experience - Friendly, fast, and easy.
