Not only did my MKS get very good service, I experience the same curtesy. I talked to one of the salesmen for a few minutes and learned all about upcoming events and then relaxed in the comfortable waiting area.

Wonderful facility exceptional staff
I saw a vehicle on the website, a Lincoln MXZ, that I wanted to drive. I went to the dealership and Ronnie Bourg was extremely helpful. He gave me all the information I asked for about the vehicle. He has excellent customer service skills. I will recommend him to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. I also spoke to Mr. James Relan about financing. He was very helpful.. He made me feel like family. He explained all of the warranty information and made sure I understood. He went over all of my loan information. I had a wonderful experience buying my car. I will tell all of my friends and family.

Friendly people,service was good,repair done
I had a leakage in the window. Water had been coming in. Brought to the deal ship and they repaired it in minimal time and cost.

Only complaint was that I was without my car for two entire days. But everything was repaired and covered under my Ford ESP.
