I bought my Used Honda in 2024 - from then to now I have been so very impressed with each person I've met. Brittany in sales to Patrick in parts/service- every employee I've met has been professional and excellent in providing assistance. My daughter and her husband bought their Suburu in 2018 and have been happy with the car and the team at this dealership. I have the oil change package and have always been treated as if I just bought a brand new Suburu-- even though my car is a used Honda. The service department is excellent. This was my first car buying experience in many many years. Any anxiety I had was completely dispelled once I started the process with sales agent Bailey Alves. He spent hours with me, carefully listening to all my questions, guiding me through the selection process until I was confident I had found the right car for me. The paperwork process was easy(Shadi Jaber), & a tech specialist spent an hour orienting me before I drove the car home. A followup Encore session (Joseph Rossman) was also very informative for additional training. All the emails to further inform me of Suburu services have been very helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership - I am a very satisfied customer.
