Castle Buick GMC

Great service with a smile. I did not have to wait long upon arrival, and the service was great. My wait time for my service was not long at all. The only gripe I would say was that upon completion of my service my hood was not properly closed, and I did not notice until I was on the highway, and I had to exit to close it.

Our salesman was Evin or Evan. He was enormously gracious and patient. He was eager to help and explain but never aggressive. We bought our car from Castle because of him ( we were considering another company but we were so impressed with him that we wanted him and Castle to have the sale.

I writing this because you guys rotated my tires and along with my service and I went out of town to only to stop for gas and noticed that front wheel on the driver side is missing the GMC hubcap just that one very upset about it
