Great experience with Wassem

My husband and I had a great sales experience. Wassem was very patient with us, listened to what we wanted, and did what he could to get us the car we wanted at the price we wanted. He wasn't pushy and let us take our time on making a decision. Would definitely recommend him/this dealership!

Service @ Las Vegas BMW

The service that I had received when I took my 2016 i8 to Las Vegas BMW for servicing was very disappointing.

Extremely Disappointed!!

BUYER BEWARE!!! I bought a used vehicle and I am fully aware I am not getting the same kind of product as a new vehicle. However, this vehicle has been nothing but problems. There was even a checkoff sheet done by a 'Garage Manager', well he must have been blind. I have had this vehicle for 3 weeks and it's still in the shop. It won't pass the smog test (it came to another state), the thermostat had to be replaced, radiator was filled with water only, the radiator has to be replaced (it is leaking) it broke down and had to be towed, and other issues are pending. This place is no better than any little podunk shady car dealership. I Do NOT RECOMMEND AutoNation!!

Very professional, efficient , and my car was done in a short amount of time. Had my loaner car ready to go for me . My whole experience was PERFECT !!

Never going back to this dealership again

It was one of the worse buying experience I?ve ever had. Customer service was horrible! Sales manager was very condescending. The service person I dealt with was rude. I love the car but this dealership was not good. I probably should have gone to the Henderson location but I did like our sales person. I felt bad not giving him the business. There will be no next time in this dealership. Plus, as soon as I started driving my car out of the parking lot, my car was already having problems. That plus the worse customer service I received just left a bitter taste in my mouth. I never experienced this with other dealerships. Mercedes Benz is definitely much better than this place. When they gave me a loaner car to get my car fixed, they gave me a car that was parked tightly between two cars and there was a car parked close behind me. I had to take a few three point turns just to get the car out. Then, I was asked to back out so far because another car was blocking the exit. I would assume they would at least have the car ready for me to just drive it off. I was pretty annoyed to say the least. For the price of the car, the customer service here sucked really bad!

2011 F-450

Purchased the F-450 and was told needed some repairs but would not tell me exactly needed done. After 4 days of emails, texts and phone calls I went back down and corned the sales manager who informed me the sunroof and running lights on the roof did not work and were not being repaired. I then insisted on seeing what was being repaired. Head gasket , rear seal , cooling system , batteries , multiple seals and gaskets etc. and these were just the items needed to get it to pass smog check. They were going to sell me a vehicle that had been run into ground. If I had not pushed for the list I would not of known. Luckily I went on day 5 of the no questions asked 5 day or 250 mike return policy. So purchased but returned the vehicle. Shady
