Terrible communication and lack of professionalism.
Terrible communication and lack of professionalism. I have bought many vehicles including 6 different BMWs and have never encountered such a bad experience. The problems are truly from the top down as Eric Ziegenbein takes no accountability, passes of a challenges, and provides no follow up. There are other options both in Las Vegas and outside, do yourself a favor, purchase from a dealership who displays they want your business now, and in the future.

I for one am never happy about having to get service, never ever! However, BMW Service works like an extraordinarily machine. My service advisor D'Andre is engaging, informative and maintains a comfortable customer friendly professionalism that makes the visit virtually painless. He is upbeat and exhibits an ability to explain things to one who is only savvy enough to know where the ignition is. Maybe I know more than where the ignition and brakes are, but not a lot. I always want to believe that I can trust the information I am getting, especially when my own cache of info on the subject is rather limited. With BMW Service, that's what I get.

On August 29 and September 3 of 2025 I had repair work
On August 29 and September 3 of 2025 I had repair work done on my BMW at this dealership. My Assistant Service Manager on both occasions was Jordan Trujillo. This young man is an outstanding representative of your dealership and my treatment by him on both occasions was nothing short of outstanding.
