We had just left a Toyota dealership and I was already

We had just left a Toyota dealership and I was already dreading coming here based off that experience alone. I?ve never been able to recall feeling at ease in any car buying experience? until we met Marcus. You know when you can already feel the pressure, slight aggression and desperation to make a sale from a salesperson from the first hello? Marcus was the opposite. The most stress I felt was when my husband was explaining things to me and negotiating lol and I think Marcus could tell because he always offered to explain everything further for me that really helped me understand everything. Usually, I?d be the invisible wife on the sidelines, but Marcus really made me feel included in the decision making. And the manager Wei was very direct, but so funny! He actually sold me a car years ago and I remembered him! Great team and experience overall and can?t recommend enough! Lesson learned: only lease/purchase vehicles from a Jabbawockee (he used to dance with them for context lol). Will be referring all my friends and family to you guys for sure!

My 2013 Toyota Tacoma was approaching 150,000 miles, and I was ready for a new vehicle. I used AI to help me learn; very helpful ! I initially was interested in an SUV like the RAV4, but after test driving, it wasn't for me. I was used to my Tacoma and I cut my favorites to a Tacoma or a Honda Ridgeline truck. I made an appointment at Honda West, and Marcus was assigned to me. He was able to compare detailed issues related to my two final choices. He not only knows his own products, he certainly genuinely knows about the competition. He was also very patient with me as I was weighing trading in my 2013 Tacoma, or selling it to CarMax. Marcus gave me 'offer' numbers ($) for each possibility, helping me with my final decision. I was very pleased with the other Honda West employees with whom I worked. Very friendly and competent and helpful.

Kate was just awesome!

Kate was just awesome! We were able to walk the lot before we met Kate. She was very kind, caring, and understood what our mission was. I truly 100% APPRECIATED how she made the buying process so easy. She listened to what mom and I wanted as an end outcome and was able to be honest with the questions that were asked. I 100% appreciate her honesty and diligence to make our dreams come true! This is my first Honda and I have always driven Hondas but never owned. I love the fact that Honda West had the vehicle, trim, and drivetrain I wanted. I compared prices and Honda West had the inventory and price point. Finance was also awesome! The day before we put a deposit on the car and the finance manager was awesome and today Nabeel was genuine and understood our needs and also gave us options. He was wonderful and very personable. Actually Kate and Nabeel are very personable! If you are looking for a new car, CPO, a quality used car go to Honda West and see Kate! A sales person that cares about her customer's needs.

Very friendly, helpful and courteous people, especially our sales person, Isaac Gil. (The only disappointment about this vehicle so far is, and this has nothing to do with Honda West: It is not possible to change outside temperature from �F to �C like the Canadian model and many other vehicles sold in the United States. If Honda has a way to do it without voiding the warranty I will highly appreciate to hear.)

I had such a great experience at Honda West Las Vegas!

I had such a great experience at Honda West Las Vegas! Jilmar Esperanza was incredible to work with. He listened to what I needed, was honest and straightforward, and made the entire process feel easy and pressure-free. He and General Manager Gordon Shek made magic happen, and I drove off in a beautiful brand new 2026 Honda HR-V. I couldn?t be happier! Thank you, Jilmar and Honda West!
