Best car buying expirience I've had!!!

My wife and I were looking for a used vehicle that fit into our very specific needs. Our salesman, Stefan went above and beyond for us. Finding us something that for perfectly for what we needed and then fighting to get the best deal for us. By far the nicest salesman we have ever dealt with. I would absolutely recomend him and the dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle.

Best Experience Buying A Car!!!

James Spallino was the man to see at Leith Toyota! He has a lot more knowledge than the average sales associate. I feel like I knew what I wanted and after all the information James shared with me I know I made the right choice! He was easy to work with and made the experience a lot less stressful than my past experiences.

Dead battery

Four days after purchase of 09 Honda Civic, the car wouldn't start. The battery was bad. Contacted James, my sale representative at Leith Toyota on Capital Blvd, Raleigh, and they took care of everything. We are very happy wiht the car and with the service from Toyota.

Fast, friendly, professional, and honest!

I came in yesterday with my friend to take a look at the new Scion iM, and worked with Adrian Mcrae. I went through the internet department, so I already had a price in hand when I walked in thanks to the internet manager Jason Lambert! The sales manager Ray was great, and helped work with my trade-in, and really worked out a great deal for me on the Corolla S Plus. Alan Broughton helped finish up my deal, and Tyrone flew me through the finance process in record time. I cannot say enough good things about Adrian, Ray, Alan, Jason, Tyrone, and everyone else at Leith Toyota. Professional and down-to-business when they needed to be, but made the experience personalized and made me feel like I was the most important person there. Every sales person greeted me when they walked past, the managers never made me feel like my questions about prices were bothering them, and at the end of the day, the part that took the longest was deciding on what car I wanted, and after that, everything was finished up so fast, I think it maybe took an hour to get everything tied up (credit check, paperwork, financing, etc). TL;DR - If you're looking for a Toyota, come here, you will not be disappointed with your experience. A+ service and a truly personalized experience. Great people. FAST getting in and out if you know what you want!

Love my RAV4

I had not purchased a car in 15 years and Edwin at Leith Toyota make me comfortable and listened to my needs. I do not like shopping or hassles or pushy salesman. I felt like he and the finance group worked for me and made it all much easier than I anticipated. I am so happy with my new car choice and my experience at Leigh. I look forward to dealing with them in the years to come as a Toyota owner.

Positive experience at Leith

Our salesperson at Leith in Raleigh was Jerry Washington. I had gone to several other dealers to try out other small SUV's. Jerry was the only person to pay attention and make it his mission to find me the perfect car--and the RAV4 is perfect for me. That really set him apart from the others. Thanks Jerry! Two items were missing from the car, so today I brought it into the Service Department for remedy. It's a impressive place. Customers are treated very nicely and amenities are thoughtful. Sheila Hinnant was my Service Rep and she was fabulous. Then Bobby assisted me with some of my technology questions and he was incredibly helpful. One of the reasons I chose Leith was the positive reviews of their Service Department (we're going to spend many years together), so I'm glad to see they were true.

Wonderful customer service!!!!

My wife and I bought a new Toyota Highlander a couple weeks ago and we love the car and loved the service we received at Leith Toyota! We then went back and got a new camry from the same salesman, he was very helpful and friendly and went out of his way to make sure we left with what we wanted! Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a car!

Satisfied customer

Worked with Rodney Glass to check out the new inventory. Also worked with Clinton Dunlap from Internet sales. Both enabled us to make a "buy" decision of our new RAV4. Special note about Rodney: on our first visit, we came in after the showroom had closed. He was there on his day off to deliver a vehicle, yet he still took the time to get a golf cart and drive my wife and I to a side lot where the SUV's were lined up. The next day Clinton relayed a message to Rodney I had sent on the exact stock model we wished to test drive that next evening. The vehicle was ready for us to test drive and a deal was negotiated. Very pleased overall with Leith Toyota and Rodney and Clifton! (Can't wait it see the facilities after the re-model is completed- thats the only reason for the "good" on facilities instead of excellent.)
