Tim and Edgar are the epitome of Customer Service. Honestly, I went into the dealership thinking that I wouldn't qualify for a used car, not to mention a brand new car. I was honest with them about my feelings of reservation and doubt. Tim told me to not worry because they would work with me. By some miracle, they gave me a chance! Even with temps in the upper 90's to 100's, Tim walked back and forth outside to find me the perfect vehicle. I couldn't stop smiling from ear to ear when he pulled the 2012 Dodge Journey around front that would eventually become mine. He & Edgar explained everything that I needed to know about the vehicle, showed me the how to find information when I needed to refer to things a few days later. It was an experience that I won't forget! I will be telling my friends when they are looking for vehicles, that the drive to Durham is well worth it! Tim & Edgar have made a customer for life out of me!

I purchased a brand new 2012 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara from Sport Durst last week. They are a top notch dealership. Jack Holt was my Sales representative and he really knows "Jeeps". He was friendly, informative, and very professional. I never felt pressured or rushed, and he genuinely seemed to want to help me get the vehicle that "I wanted". On the day that I picked up my jeep, Jack and Edgar made the delivery of my vehicle a breeze. Thanks for a pleasant buying experience Jack !

This was my first vehicle purchase, and I couldn't be happier. I was immediately put at ease when I pulled into the lot and was greeted by De'Angelo. Every person I had spoke with the first day were incredibly friendly and I felt very comfortable. There weren't any vehicles I was interested in at first, but De'Angelo kept me in the loop of what vehicles were coming in. A week or so later he called me up to check out a new Wrangler they had gotten. Although it wasn't exactly what I was looking for, Brian Boulay helped out and was able to find me a used Jeep which was exactly what I was looking for. Brian was a huge help in narrowing down what I wanted and answered all the questions I had. Edgar was a blast, hooked me up with a sweet grab bag and was a funny guy. He gave me the run down of the equipment in the Wrangler I wasn't exactly sure how to work (the media center). Overall the customer service was great, I feel I got an awesome deal out of the vehicle, and would definitely recommend this place to people I know.

Drove one hour and half to get to the car lot and was greeted at the door by Bryce Paylor he made me and my daughter feel so comfortable this was my daughter first new car and he really made it worth the trip we left in a 2012 brand new Jeep and she was so happy he made her day. He worked with what we had to trade a very old car and didn't let us down at no time he kept us up on the hole process of what was going on. The reason why I like this dealership was because he really took time out to help us to pick the right car. He was warm and care man who fight to make the deal go through. He walked the car lot to show us many cars to chose from. Because some dealers Do not try find a that you like but what you can afford! And to me this place Out-Standing in my book! I enjoyed the Car Consultant named Edgar who closed the deal with extras like a tee- shirt and a cup. Then he gave me a Millennium card that gave five oil changes. And the show me how the car came with new highlights! Last but not least if I have any problems to get in touch with he personally!
