My appointment was at 7:30 am and my car was immediately taken to be serviced and returned to me in a timely manner.

Fast service, very friendly customer representative, who listen to what concerns you. People answering the phone before directing you, also much improved.

The staff is very nice and kind. I came in for a oil change but the guy who did the oil change was very nice. I need help with putting the tags on the back of my car and he remove the tags an replace my sticker for me . Very professional and willing to help. Each time i come in to the service deptment of Dodge they Rock!!!!!

The service person, Bill, was ready to assist me through a prior call to the dealership. My paperwork was ready, and complete for my signature and I even asked that windshield wipers be replaced and he obliged.

Employees are very nice. Service has greatly improved. Very convenient for me and like making an appointment. Service still a little slow.
