Professional, courteous service
They vacuumed the car before it was even taken to the service bay. Bill was very friendly and courteous, and offered suggestions for further service, but didn't push it.

Great customer service and good salesmanship
The assistance provided by Jack and Jeff was note worthy. I am a active duty Marine. I found the Jeep online and called first. Most salesmen would not talk over the phone. It was going to be a 2 hour drive and the business over the phone helped making my decision. They were able to accommodate my personality. They were not pushy or abrasive on how they negotiated. Mr. Jack Holt went above and beyond as a salesman. Very knowledgeable with Jeeps and gave a sense of trustworthiness. He was first class in customer care. Definitely would send friends or family to this dealership.

Excellent experience
The best part of my experience was getting to know Jim Sledge. He was the best car salesman I have ever encountered. He had a no-pressure style, and related to me on a very personal level. I felt that I made a friend, and was not just sold a car. I probably would have walked out on the deal since it was a little more than I wanted to pay, but I really liked Jim, so I made the deal.

Excellent
I liked all but they did not repair the window control button. It was pushed down and still down. I should not have to pay another fee to have this done.
