S&E Auto Sales

i went to this dealership with hope of buying the car that i had in mind but the sales personnel at S&E used his sales expertise and changed my mind to my dream car.The dealership and the sales person are great,i recommend them to anyone.

I was so excited to buy a car but also skeptical about being pressured by sales, but to my surprise I was treated with respect and no pressure. I would recommend S&E to anyone.

So my lease was up and I was dreading going to a dealership and wasting the entire day with them and playing games. S&E were recommended to me by co-worker. I had been watching S&E Auto's website for months (since June). I went to the Weymouth location on a Friday afternoon (Oct) and was met by Steve. I told him what I would like to drive and he got a plate and the keys and I was on my way. After driving two cars I found the one I wanted. Steve was awesome, no pressure to buy any car from him. Was patient with me and helped me work out some numbers-- outside in the parking lot in a casual conversation. He didn't drag me into the "office" and keep me there for hours! I told Steve right there which car I wanted and we went to the office to get the ball rolling. I was in and out of there in an hour - drove two cars, filled out some paperwork, had fun casual conversation with Steve on topics other than cars! Please note, I am a female and I brought my boyfriend with me, but I did not need him-Steve knew I was the one buying the car and worked and looked directly at me when we were discussing the car. This would not have been the case had I gone to a dealership. I went in that following Monday after work and worked with Chris on the paperwork ...smooth sailing, took less than an hour! It was a great experience buying a car at S&E Auto.. the way it should be!

We've bought 7 cars from S&E over the years and keep coming back because it's a very relaxed shopping experience where you get everything you need to make the decision that is best for you. They have a great selection of used cars with many makes/price points to choose from within every category. We were trying to decide between a Minivan and SUV, and we spent the better part of a day test driving several, different models with no sales pressure at all. If you've got questions, any of the staff are happy to help. If you just want to look around on your own and test drive cars, they'll just hand you the keys. I really like the fact it's not the typical car buying experience of 1: Greeter. 2: Salesperson 3: Manager/closer. At any point during the shopping/buying experience anybody in the showroom will help you. Once you've narrowed down your choices and start shopping competitors, you'll find their prices are great. If you are price shopping, make sure to check the specs on competitors' cars closely. It may at first look like the prices are comparable between S&E and another dealer on the year and make. But you look closer and realize at S&E you're getting a higher trim model, bigger engine, etc. and still for a few bucks less. Of all the cars we've bought there, I've never then seen a better "deal" on a comparable car that gave me buyer's remorse. Probably the biggest thing that keeps me coming back to S&E is total confidence in the car I'm getting. I've not had one, single problem with 7 cars over 20 years. That's a pretty good track record!

I was not sure exactly what car I wanted. My husband and I had been to a couple of car dealers, with no success. Brad our sales associate was very kind and knowledgeable , he moved every car in the lot so I could test drive a wide variety of models and makes. I found exactly what I was looking for, within 24 hours, the car was in my driveway. I love my Buick Lacrosse. Love this place!!!! Steve & Chris are so down to earth & easy to work with. They truly have your best interest and not out just to sell you any car on the lot. After shopping online for a couple weeks I narrowed my choices down to just a few cars. Called the salesman at S&E and was able to set up an appointment convenient for me the very next day. The cars I looked at were all in exceptional shape and I was given the opportunity to look at them and make my decision without any pressure from the salesman. Once I made my decision I was walked through the financing process and shown all the additional options available to me. I now have a new to me car that I love and payments that I can afford.

Steve and Chris were very easy and professional to work with, I was in and out in no time , which for me meant a lot , because time is money
