I gave the car for my first service.

I gave the car for my first service. The car is giving alerts in terms of air pressure which it didnt give before. The car wash was complimentary but it could have been done more better :) It took more time than usual but the lounge was comfortable to do office work :) . Jose was more than helpful.

My service manager Josh was great. He gave full disclosure about what was needed, cost, and kept me updated. No surprises which I really appreciate.

Bought a 2023 GLC300 4matic from San Jose Mercedes Benz

Bought a 2023 GLC300 4matic from San Jose Mercedes Benz dealership. Had a great friendly 5 star experience with Kal Siddiqui. He was answering all our questions very patiently and explaining everything. After the test drive we went ahead with the purchase along with a dent and paint protection for 1278$. We had a very positive experience till then. We chose the financing option - Patelco suggested by Sean for a 54 month term. Qaise Mojadeddi was the financial service manager and he tried to add a service warranty(7000$) without informing us. He tried to deceive us by increasing the loan term to 60 month to match the 54 month term monthly payment numbers. When we noticed, he argued that the payments were the same as discussed before. After arguing for 10 minutes he told us that he added a service warranty. He tried to make us feel dumb and insulted us for questioning and not taking the service warranty of almost 7000$ for 3 years. We felt betrayed and even questioned ourselves whether to buy a car from this dealership. My 4-star review is solely due to Kal.

Very Bad.

Very Bad. I just bought a 2014 Mercedes Sprinter 2500 & the seller only had 1 key. I always have spare key for all my vehicles &the parts rep said I can't get another key unless I lose mine & would have to be towed to dealer to get new Key & would be very expensive & My business would stop production? This is absolutely ridiculous that I can't have a spare key, what kind of technology is this? Suppose to be better not worse. My older Mercedes 2000 ML300 had the old style key like my 2014 & I had a spare key for that? Why would it be different now??
