The sales people, when I bought my car in 2015, did not

The sales people, when I bought my car in 2015, did not rush me or do a hard sell. What stands out to me is the Service Department. Especially the Service Writer, Daniel Salinas.He makes you feel that he is taking a personal interest in my car. He points out a problem if there is one ,when I return for aScedules Service. Since I went for my first Scheduled Service, he knows my car very well. I know there are independent mechanics who specialize in Mercedes Benz, but I will continue to bring me car to San Jose Mercedes Benz Dealership because of the honesty, care, and quality service.

The repairs were expedited so they could be completed the

The repairs were expedited so they could be completed the same day as I dropped the vehicle off. The service advisor, Joshua, was exceptional. He kept me updated during what turned out to be a long. The repairs were completed after closing hrs, but the mechanic and Joshua stayed and saw to it that everything was completed and done properly.

I am a big fan of MBSJ service!

I am a big fan of MBSJ service! I recently came in to have by E350 Blutec updated to the latest Diesel smog requirements. They went out of their way to accomodate my busy schedule. The extensive rework was complete in about one week. The car runs like new, did not notice any reduction in performance or mileage. Thank you!

Worst Mercedes dealership I have ever gone to.

Worst Mercedes dealership I have ever gone to. I tried to ask to see an S Class and they said there were no salesman available, even though I saw 3 standing around drinking coffee near me. I had to find the car myself in the lot to see it. I ended up purchasing my car from Steven's Creek instead. Since I lived nearby this dealership, I decided to try their service center. Again, super disappointed. They actually CHARGED me to wash my car, which should be a free courtesy service from all dealerships. Even after that, the car was dirty!!! Please do NOT use this dealership as you will leave with a sour taste in your mouth. These are high end vehicles you want to purchase with your hard earned money. Why waste your time on a dealership that treats you like 2nd class citizens. Mercedes really went down in service over the years and this dealership is the worst example of this. If I can give them a Zero star review, I would.

Worst Mercedes Dealership EVER

This is the WORST Mercedes Dealership I have ever used. The staff didn't care to show me an S Class I was interested in, only telling me to go find it myself on the lot and come to them if I wanted to buy. I purchased my car at Steven's Creek instead (100% better staff) Since I lived nearby, I decided to do service from this San Jose Mercedes dealership. Again, super disappointed at their service. They actually CHARGED me to wash my car after service! This should be a courtesy service that ALL dealerships offer and even after that, the vehicle was dirty!! Please do NOT go to this dealership for ANYTHING. You will leave with a sour taste in your mouth. Mercedes has definitely gone downhill from what they used to be. So sad to see this happening.

Daniel Salinas was great ! He explained the service campaign and got the job done and called me when my car was ready for pick up.
