Excellent customer service

I bought my new Mercedes at San Jose Mercedes-Benz dealership. And I went back for service yesterday. As always people are very pleasant to work with. Especially Brian Woods at service team who is very knowledgeable, pleasant to answer my questions and very helpful. I?m very happy with his excellence customer service. Will definitely go back. Thank you!

MBrace not working

MBrace entertainment still not working dealer advisor blames MBrace Mercedes, Recive a call from MBrace and advice to take vehicle back to dealer again, now I'm going to a different dealership.

Smart recall

The recall issue was dealt with and the wash on the car looked good. The only issue I has was scheduling the repair. I had to call in 3 times as they kept saying someone would call to schedule the work and never did. I get it's covid times but return the call at some point.

SL63 AMG 7-year Service

Nice place with friendly and professional people. On time for service and support. The on-line reservation seems surreal as no response from the dealer afterward. Perhaps you should remove it?

Puchase of a 2020 Mercedes E350

My Sales Representative, Tino was excellent as was their GM, Stan M. This was my 5th MB purchased from 3 different dealerships in 2 states and have had very good experiences but dealing with Mercedes Benz of San Jose was the best experience of them all. No pressure from Tino and excellent customer service by Tino and Stan. I wouldn't buy a car from anywhere else than this dealership.
