Unable to repair my car due to engine light
8/27/20 1st visit Engine Light-Cleaned a mouse nest under hood-sent home; 2nd Visit: 8/31-Engine light returned. Apptn. 9/1 they changed spark plugs, 9/18 Engine Light returned, Left messages for Brendan, Supv Scott and main #. As of 9/18, I have not heard from anyone. This repair shop have failed to repair my car.

Joseph Sanfilippo did a great job! I don't write many reviews, but this is well warranted. I was first impressed with "Joey's" communication. Email, phone, and text, he was there for me even on his days off. I really knew what I wanted and he did not try to upsell me at all. He was able to get me a vehicle from another dealership in a day. I bought the car in less than 4 hours. Joseph and Finance Manager Dusan were both fantastic. Joseph has even been keeping great communication with me on the car weeks after I bought it. I didn't even spend $50k, but they treated me as if I bought an S Class. I'm very happy choosing Mercedes and very happy with Mercedes-Benz of San Jose.

Service Review
Excellent service. Jose explained everything that needed to be done (I had had battery problems and they changed the battery) I also had the car serviced. Part of the service was to sanitize the car as well, which I am very pleased about.

Poor and Incomplete Customer Service
Do not buy cars from Mercedes of San Jose!!!! They have the worst customer service. I bought a used car from them on May 16, 2020. Unfortunately no fault of Mercedes of San Jose, the car was totaled 3 days later. My insurance company is ready to pay out 2 mons ago but can’t since the lienholder has not received the title from DMV because Mercedes of San Jose has not filed the ownership transfer papers. Been trying to contact Mercedes of San Jose, left messages and told them the problem. Absolutely no response or simple call back. I’m in insurance limbo, paying car loans on a totaled car because Mercedes of San Jose did not complete their initial responsibility and can’t be bother to complete their responsibility since the car sale is completed.
