People are very accommodating, friendly and professional. From sales internet manager up to Finance Manager. Jearond Abad whoi is Internet Manager has an excellent customer services expierence. Takada recall
went in for an airbag replacement in while the service representative was examining this printer found that the front end alignment was just a bit out got that fixed without having to buy new tires and that is a very good thing

yearly maintenace
drop off my car for yearly maintenance service & was not met by a customer service person.someone took my information since i called the day before for the service. same person gave me a ride home since that was the arrangement. next day got home & waited for a call that the car was done. no call. since it was getting late I called the dealership & was told car was ready. made arrangement to be pick up & pick up my car.no charge for service.
