Great seevice

What I thought was a strange car noise problem was diagnosed quickly and explained in terms a “non-mechanic” person could understand. Mike kept me well -informed during service time period.

Great Service

Mr. Land took care of all the things our care needed, which included repairs that our car needed, a welcomed discount and a state inspection.

Great experience! I recommend all to shop here !!

Husband and I arrived at the dealership looking to trade in my vehicle. Salesperson Rocky greeted us and showed us 2 Lexus cars. Rocky was pleasant and showed excellent customer service. I took the car for a test drive and was sold on the interior. I told Rocky if he met my price we could make a deal. I left with my Lexus. I appreciate Rocky.

Another great service experience . Routine service done on new Camry. Questions asked and answered regarding service for new vehicle and great lifetime maintenance program with Toyota bought at Greenville Toyota. Thank you

Assistant Service Manager

Lerick Land assisted me with providing service and has been for the past few years. He is always prompt, helpful, professional and shows empathy. He follows up on rebates, questions etc. I will continue to get my vehicle serviced there as well as recommend others to Toyota because of the service he provides.

Bait and switch pricing

I negotiated to buy the red Tundra (with 17 year sales veteran William) that is currently on the lot. I agreed to all their terms and their price. Five minutes later they called me to back out of the deal because they didn’t want to complete a repair (replace the windshield) which they had already schedule to complete at that price. I said ok and walked away. The next day they contacted me and said they talked to the owner about it and asked if I would buy the truck for the same price if they replaced the windshield. I again agreed to purchase the truck. They then stopped communicating with me until I reached the sales manager Sonny on the phone who said they made a mistake both times. Doesn’t seem like a mistake. Seems more like a choice. Especially when he then said he would sell me the truck for $2k more than what was agreed. This is the worst customer experience I have ever received with what is supposed to be a legitimate car dealership. I cannot recommend this dealership knowing they will blatantly bait and switch prices.

Minor repair

Good service, year after year. Check in and check out is an easy process. Service techs take good care of my car. Very happy with Mac Teachy and all associates.
