The Greenville Toyota location is always so clean and welcoming, even when they are crazy busy. On Thursday morning my car would not start, I got a jump and drove it - they pulled the old and placed the new batter in minutes. I was on my way in half an hour. They are fabulous to work with.

Went in for service spoke to our salesman Byron Tyson he sold us our third car, he is the best car salesman ever. Excellent customer service

Bought a used Rav4 at a good price. Returned it within 24 hours and asked to void the deal and purchase a Kia Sorrento I had seen an liked better.They told me they would not cancel the sale but I could use the Rav4 as a trade in. So much for being customer friendly .
