We found out on a Friday afternoon that we needed all four tires replaced, and were scrambling to figure out how to get it done before leaving on a road trip that Sunday. Ross at Audi Natick came to our rescue — not only did he navigate us through the tire replacement, but he made sure we got a scheduled service and recall that were due done at the same time so we didn’t have to come back a second time! He was so kind and communicative through the whole process, and we’ll be forever grateful to him and the whole team at Audi Natick!

Had an ongoing issue with left front tire, went to a different Audi place and issue came back within a month. Linda at Audi Natick wasted no time, greeted me, assessed the issue and just replaced the tire all in under an hour. She was absolutely kind and understanding, kept me informed and made everything very simple and quick!!!

My Audi 2018 A5 needed service for a leaking valve and a broken spring. They did a great job, were efficient and worked with me to reduce the price thru promotions and carefully evaluating what new parts etc were really needed. I was very impressed with the latter part of the service.

Great experience at Audi Natick . Steve and the team did everything to make the terms work as a I had hoped. Very fair value for my trade-in , great rate, and searched out a car with all the features I wanted. Highly recommend Steve and Audi Natick.

I recently had service done on my A4 at Audi NATICK. I worked with Ali. It was a great experience. Good communication using texts to inform me of what service saw during their inspection and fast response.

I had a great experience working with Dan. He was extremely helpful and took the time to answer all of my questions about the Audi Q5 I purchased. He walked me through the entire process thoroughly and even went above and beyond by having the dealership replacing the windshield and two tires without me having to ask. Overall, a great team to work with!

Mike was helpful, as always, and provided excellent customer service. He listened to my concerns about ongoing issues my 2025 A5 was experiencing, and explained the cause and fixes being developed by Audi. He arranged for a loaner car while my car was being serviced to drive to minimize inconvenience.
