I had an issue with my Pilot this past Monday.
I had an issue with my Pilot this past Monday. I had been in for a service the week before and had had problems with either my fob or the car battery ~ I was told to put my fob away and use my husband's fob and that the only way to know what was going on was to call the next time things went wrong. Well, they certainly did ~ go wrong, that is! I came out of my doctor's office on Monday and the car would not start. I called Hubert Vester Honda and Heath took care of me from personally coming to jump the car to making sure I had a new battery at the dealership in a matter of minutes. He had remembered me coming in the previous week with issues and had figured out at that time that it was most probably the battery that was the issue. I was and am so thankful for his help! I cannot afford to be stranded as too many people depend on me. Thank you, Heath! And, thank you, Hubert Vester Honda!
