They did not pressure me to buy anything.

They did not pressure me to buy anything. That is positive. Ruben was very courteous and polite and explain the process well. I didn't like that they added reconditioning fees on the advertised sale price. If dealer adds recondition fees , they need to show what they did. Replace oils, get a second key fab, flush transmission, state inspection, etc. They cut half of the reconditioning fees but at the end I end up paying slightly more of what the car was advertised. I wish they were giving me a report if they really had reconditioned the car and a second key fab, so I dont have to take it to the dealer to do the same things over.

2016 Ram ecodiesel has a recall related to the High

2016 Ram ecodiesel has a recall related to the High pressure fuel pump. I brought the truck in for a different recall and a "no start", (truck was trying to start, but appeared to be not getting any fuel). The mechanic replaced the low pressure fuel pump ( parts not available to correct the high pressure pump recall ) and changed the oile for $2600. I had the truck back 1 day after a month in your shop only to have tge identical problem reoccur. Mechanic then found a burnt fuse that he said was causing the intermittent "no start". I have now had the truck for 5 days and it has not failed to start so far. I am very disappointed that I paid $2600 to ultimately get a fuse replaced and not correct a recall related to the fuel system, which is what the trouble was. Though I am not a mechanic, I am fairly knowledgeable about vehicles. I am very disappointed that it cost me $2600 to replace a simple fuse and not correct a recall that could very well be the problem. I am not confident at all the problem is corrected at this point and feel certain this will have a no start again at some point and leave me stranded.

I want to share the most amazing car buying experience

I want to share the most amazing car buying experience I've ever had at AutoNation Chrysler Dodge at 11200 N Fwy, Fort Worth, TX 76177 First of all, my sales expert was John Charles and this man deserves a huge shout out. Second, Alex Guzman and Joseph are absolutely superb at their job. To say customer service is AutoNations intention is an understatement at this location. I'm 56 years old and never had a stress free cay buying experience like this one. Anything and everything needed for absolute customer satisfaction will be done with AutoNation Chrysler Dodge. Service director is on point as well. Anyone who is interested in paying a fair price for an excellent new or used vehicle, has to give this 5 star dealership a chance. John Charles is definitely the best 👌. Thanks AutoNation, for the most positive car purchasing experience I've ever had

I came in back in late September to see what just browse

I came in back in late September to see what just browse and see what was available. I came back in two days later and vehicle I was considering was already gone. So I was helped by Joseph (a great young man) and he listened to everything I was looking for and made it happen. Demarcus, the finance manager helped him out and when I left, I was very happy.

Scheduled an appointment for Software upgrade. Upon arriving the car was sent to service bay. When car returned the software was not updated, yet they had charged for update. seems to me that if you are going to sell someone something you should insure that you have what you are selling!Finally found a supervisor that knew what he was doing. Very time consuming and disappointing. Other service experiences have been fine.
