The service department at this dealership are nothing but

The service department at this dealership are nothing but crooks. They are lying, deceiving, and misleading people. I have been servicing my car at this Nissan dealer in the past 5 years and every time after they do the service, the car's computer shows up all kinds of codes. They are cutting corners when it comes to the service. They also are skimming on the service and in most cases, they do not do the service at all. I'm talking specifically about the oil change. And that's not all. They replaced my battery back in November of 2022 and the battery has a warranty for 84 months. When I went today to request a new car battery replacement, they refused to replace it for free. Instead, they want to charge me again about $250. The battery that they replaced back in 2022 couldn't last 84 months, because this morning when I tried to turn on my car, the battery was dead. So when I went this morning to this dealer and asked him to replace my battery all over again, the service manager named Joe, told me that 100% warranty on the battery is only valid for the first 24 months after the replacement, which is a scam. At that time, when they replaced my battery, they charged me close to $530 but this service manager told me today that I paid only $290 and something, which is a lie. I remember very well that I paid $290 with my credit card and the rest of the amount I paid with cash, which they probably do not show anywhere if you pay with cash. So, like I said, these people are nothing but crooks. I did file a complaint with Nissan corporation against these crooks. Not just for the battery, but also for their service that they provide. Simply, just stay away from these crooks. I will also file a complaint against these people with the consumer protection as soon as possible.

Hi Ned, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We take all customer concerns seriously, and we’re sorry to hear about your recent experience. However, we would like to clarify a few important details to ensure accuracy. When you visited us regarding your transmission concern, our Service Manager explained that a diagnostic fee would be required. As a courtesy, we offered to help reduce the cost, and also advised that if the issue was determined to be covered under any applicable warranty, the diagnostic fee would be waived entirely. At that time, you chose to decline the diagnostic service. A few days later, you returned with a concern regarding your battery. Our records indicate that the battery was purchased in November 2022. While the warranty is valid for 84 months, the terms specify that only the first 24 months are covered at 100%. After that period, the coverage continues on a pro-rated basis depending on the time elapsed since the original purchase. In your case, 34 months had passed, which entitled you to 50% coverage under the warranty. After discussing these terms, you declined the replacement. We also reviewed the original transaction from November of 2022 and confirmed the total amount paid for the battery was $292.45 via credit card. There is no record of any additional payment beyond that. We understand your frustration, and we want to assure you that our team adheres strictly to Nissan’s warranty guidelines and service procedures. If you wish to pursue this matter further, we recommend continuing to work with Nissan Consumer Affairs, who can assist in reviewing your case in greater detail. Crowley Nissan and its staff are professional, caring, and enthusiastic about meeting your auto purchase needs. At every part of our car buying endeavor, we were at ease and confident. The staff was informative and answered all our questions plainly and direct. No beating around the bush or vague replies. The dealership site was clean and orderly with customer parking signs visible. Once we entered we encountered Lawanda who help us start our Auto buying journey. Lawanda was patient and listened to all our concerns. Once we moved on to the next stage we were introduced to Harvey, who made the purchasing agreement understandable. We left Crowley Nissan feeling confident we made the right choice with choosing Crowley Nissan as our dealership of business.

Recently traded in a VW Sportwagen previously bought from

Recently traded in a VW Sportwagen previously bought from Crowley in 2011 for an off-lease Toyota RAV4 with very low miles. No pressure approach, and allowed me to cross-shop some other vevicles on their lot. They even allowed for some mild negotiation and made some concessions that I requested. This was the 10th vehicle I've bought or leased thru Crowley. Be sure to ask for Stephanie Jacob. I'll be back in a few years.

I had such a positive experience purchasing a car with Crowley Nissan. Justin sold me the car and was very patient, responsive, and helpful throughout the process. Harvey assisted in making the purchase easy and smooth (and I live out of state so I know there were extra steps to be taken!). And both Justin and Harvey, along with Jason, were just generally very friendly and warm. All of my interactions with everyone at this dealership were great, and I feel very comfortable with the price we paid for the car. You can tell that the people here are well-versed in what they do, and that they enjoy and take pride in their work. I highly recommend you look to this dealership for any car needs you may have!
