Came in to have them install a part that was bough from

Came in to have them install a part that was bough from their parts dept. IT TOOK THEM ALL DAY TO REPLACE/INSTALL THE PART! Absolutely absurd. The only good thing is they shuttle you out and back to the dealership for free. Other than that there’s nothing good to say about this place at all. The tech had to have me tell them why the part needed to be replaced which is odd given the fact that it was pretty clear. Joey the service advisor was ok, and the parts people are decent however the service dept and techs seem to be slow asf and incompetent asf. I won’t be back.

Have been dealing with this dealership for awhile since

Have been dealing with this dealership for awhile since moving to Houston for all our servicing needs for our Lexus ES350. They have been phenomenal each time and I have worked with different service advisors but this time I decided to write a review since the adviser I worked with, Martin M., was not only exceptional to deal with but he was truly honest about the service I needed and didn't need which I truly appreciate. Service like that is the reason I will continue to not only deal with this dealership for my service needs of the Lexus but take my family's other cars for servicing when the manufacturer's warranty expires and it comes time to decide where to service them. I see Joe Myers being the destination for my future car purchasing needs as well since I had a great experience in the past with their preowned sales division and of specific mention, Marcos. Overall, I'm a very happy customer and gracious for this dealership being so close to where I reside which played a huge part in my choice in choosing them. Def A+ and 5/5.

If I could give a Zero star, I would.

If I could give a Zero star, I would. Over the course of 25 years, we bought 3 car from them and the sales teams were always cordial and professional. On our the 3rd purchase 12/2024, their Finance team was not honest and out right sleaze ball. After Colt, finance guy, repeatedly try to up sell us Mechanical Protection Plan (MPP) and the price went from $160 to $40 per month for a 8 years or 100000 miles and we rejected the MPP offer 4-5 times. We did not have the contract the same night we bought the car because it was too late in the day. 4 days later we received a contract with and add-on 4K for MPP. We went to see them on the 12/21 and was told that it would take 45 days to undo their mistake or (tried to pull a fast one) on us. 50 days has passed and we have not received the refund to our Toyota financial account; mean while, we are paying 5% on the 4K that they added on. They are not that helpful to resolve their mistake (being caught cheating customer). My recommendation is: Don't walk out of their finance department without a signed contract because they may add more stuffs and stick the financial burden on you via email. You will have to deal with their less than professional finance team.

I show to service adviser the $99 for 4 wheel alignment

I show to service adviser the $99 for 4 wheel alignment but still bills me for $139 and telling me verbally only to get the discount for next service a big disappointment that I’m always go in that place !

Do Not Go Here Ever!

Do Not Go Here Ever! Worst service department in the city. Claimed the car would take one day. Called me and said the car was ready at the end of day 2. I got a ride up there and they said sorry we cannot give you the car due to a vibration. Waste of time! Pathetic service! Just call me when the car is 100% ready. Incompetent technicians and terrible communication.

I had an absolutely awful experience with this

I had an absolutely awful experience with this dealership. The financial guy pulled all sorts of tricks to get me into an expensive protection plan that I didn’t even understand. He showed me a monthly payment that wasn’t accurate, making it look like the deal was better than it really was. When I later realized what happened and asked to cancel the protection, he promised he’d handle it but never sent the request to MPP. Now, I’m stuck dealing with the mess myself. Terrible customer service and shady tactics. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place!

I am astounded to see all of the negative reviews on this

I am astounded to see all of the negative reviews on this website for Joe Myers Toyota in Houston. Joe Myers Toyota is by far the best Toyota dealership in the entire Houston area. The people at Joe Myers are really the best. I have never had anything close to a bad experience there. From sales to service, everything has been great. I only buy Toyotas because they are so reliable. And the sales and service people at Joe Myers Toyota are some of the nicest and most helpful people I have ever met at a car dealership anywhere. Always a pleasure to be there.
